Claims (10)
- 外壁をなすシリコンシェル、及び前記シリコンシェルの下部面上に形成された穴を外部から閉鎖するパッチ接合部位で構成されたシリコン人工乳房インプラントにおいて、
前記シリコンシェルが、全体的に均一な厚さを有し、前記パッチ接合部位は、前記シリコンシェルの下端部にパッチを接合材で接合させるためのパッチ穴を備え、
前記パッチ穴は、前記パッチが接する前記シリコンシェルの内面上に、層をなして少なくとも1個以上の段差部が形成され、
前記パッチ接合部位は、前記パッチ穴とパッチとの間の接合境界点に隙間やクラックを防止するように、前記パッチ穴の段差部と前記パッチの接合面とが互いに同一の水平面をなすように接合され、
前記パッチ穴にパッチが接合された前記パッチ接合部位が、前記シリコンシェルと同一の厚さを有し、前記シリコンシェルと同一の物性を示し、
前記パッチ接合部位には、前記パッチとの接合面積を増加させ、相互間に接合耐久性を向上させて前記パッチ接合部位の脱離現象を防止するように、前記パッチが接する前記パッチ穴の傾斜面上に、下方に尖った形状の“V”字状または下方に緩やかな曲面形状の
ことを特徴とする応力集中を低減したシリコン人工乳房インプラント。 - 前記パッチ穴は、前記シリコンシェルの内側の穴径がシリコンシェルの外側の穴径よりも広い構造で形成されるように、前記シリコンシェルの外側から前記シリコンシェルの内側に向かって上側に行くほど、次第に広い直径をなすように傾斜した傾斜面が形成される
請求項1に記載の応力集中を低減したシリコン人工乳房インプラント。 - 前記パッチ穴は、前記段差部の外周に沿って凹むようにラウンディング処理された湾曲面が形成される
請求項1に記載の応力集中を低減したシリコン人工乳房インプラント。 - 前記パッチ接合部位は、前記シリコンシェルの内部空間に充填物質を注入できるように下部面上に形成される注入口と、前記注入口の下側に位置し、微細な深さで2段以上の多層構造をなして凹むように形成される充填物注入溝と、を含む
請求項1に記載の応力集中を低減したシリコン人工乳房インプラント。 - 前記充填物注入溝は、前記注入口の下側空間に一次的に埋められて、前記シリコンシェルの内部空間を外部から閉鎖するようにシーリング処理する第1シーリング部と、前記第1シーリング部の下側空間に二次的に埋められ、前記シリコンシェルの内部空間に注入された充填物質が外部に漏出しないように仕上げ処理する第2シーリング部と、を含む
請求項4に記載の応力集中を低減したシリコン人工乳房インプラント。 - 前記パッチ接合部位には、前記シリコンシェルとパッチとが互いに接合する接合境界点に応力が作用する時、左右伸張力によって作用する応力と、段差部または凹凸溝の断面の傾斜角方向及び前記パッチ穴のカッティング断面の傾斜角方向の伸張力によって作用する応力とが同時に作用して、少なくとも2軸方向以上に応力が低減されるようになされる
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の応力集中を低減したシリコン人工乳房インプラント。 - シリコン人工乳房インプラントの製造方法において、
シリコンシェルを獲得するために乳房形状のモールドをシリコン溶液に浸すシリコン溶液浸漬ステップと、
シリコンシェルを獲得するために、乾燥装置を通じて、前記モールドに付着された前記シリコンシェルを乾燥及び硬化させる乾燥及び硬化ステップと、
前記モールドに付着された前記シリコンシェルの下端部に穴を形成して、前記モールドから前記シリコンシェルを分離及び獲得する人工乳房シェル獲得ステップと、
前記シリコンシェルの穴部位に、パッチが接合される部位であるパッチ穴を成形するステップであって、シリコンシェルの穴の内面上にパッチを接合させることができるように層をなす構造の段差部及び凹凸溝を含むパッチ穴を形成するパッチ穴形成ステップと、
前記パッチ穴にパッチが互いに公差なしに接合できるように、前記パッチ穴に対応する周縁及び厚さ、そして層の形状及び凹凸溝の形状に合せて、薄膜パッチ及び接合材を含むパッチを成形加工するパッチ構造体成形ステップと、
前記成形されたパッチ構造体を、前記シリコンシェルのパッチ穴上に接合するパッチ接合ステップと、
前記シリコンシェルの内部空間に充填物質を注入できるように、前記パッチの下部面に、凹んだ多層の構造をなす充填物注入溝を形成する充填物注入溝加工ステップと、
前記充填物注入溝が形成された前記シリコンシェルの内部空間に、注入口を通じて充填物質を注射して充填する充填ステップと、
前記充填物質を充填することによって生成される注射針による微細な穴である注入口から、前記シリコンシェルの内部に充填された充填物質が外部に流出することを防止するように、前記充填物注入溝をシーリング材を用いて二重に埋めて、第1シーリング部及び第2シーリング部を順次形成する仕上げ処理ステップと、を有する
ことを特徴とする応力集中を低減したシリコン人工乳房インプラントの製造方法。 - 前記パッチ穴形成ステップでは、前記シリコンシェルの下部面上に、パッチが接合できる空間である段差部及び凹凸溝が形成されるように機械的エッチングを行う
請求項7に記載の応力集中を低減したシリコン人工乳房インプラントの製造方法。 - 前記パッチ穴形成ステップでは、前記シリコンシェルの下部面上に、パッチが接合できる空間である段差部及び凹凸溝が形成されるように化学的エッチングを行う
請求項7に記載の応力集中を低減したシリコン人工乳房インプラントの製造方法。 - 前記パッチ穴形成ステップでは、前記シリコンシェルの下部面上に、パッチが接合できる空間である段差部及び凹凸溝が形成されるようにレーザー加工を行う
