Claims (2)
- 第1の誘電体基板と、
前記第1の誘電体基板に設けられ、高周波信号が入力される第1の導体と、
前記第1の誘電体基板に前記第1の導体と分離して設けられ、前記高周波信号をアンテナ素子に出力する第2の導体と、
前記第1の誘電体基板に対して相対移動可能な第2の誘電体基板と、
前記第2の誘電体基板に設けられ、前記第1の導体と前記第2の導体とを電気的に結合させる第3の導体と、
前記第2の誘電体基板に前記第3の導体と分離して設けられた第4の導体とを備え、
前記第4の導体は、前記第3の導体と容量結合し、かつ前記第1の誘電体基板と前記第2の誘電体基板との相対移動に伴う前記アンテナ素子の電圧定在波比の変動が抑制される位置に設けられ、
前記第2の導体は、前記第1の誘電体基板に円弧状に設けられた円弧部を有し、
前記第2の誘電体基板は、前記第2の導体の前記円弧部の円弧中心を中心として前記第1の誘電体基板と相対回転可能であり、
前記第4の導体は、前記第2の誘電体基板の回転方向における前記第3の導体の一側に設けられている
移相器。 - 前記第4の導体は、前記第1の誘電体基板と前記第2の誘電体基板との相対移動に伴って、前記第1の導体に誘電体を介して重なる面積が変化する
請求項1に記載の移相器。
