前記容器の中でかつ前記ベッドサポート上に配置されるバッフルであって、上端部を有する上方部分と下端部を有する下方部分とを有し、前記下端部は前記容器壁の内面に向かって位置決めされ、少なくともバッフルの一部分は前記内面から隔てられることでバッフルと内壁面との間に空洞域を形成し、前記上方部分は前記吸着剤のベッドの上面の上に延び、前記下方部分は前記吸着材のベッドの中に埋もれ、空気または吸着材が前記バッフルまたはバッフルの前記下端部と前記内壁面の間を介して前記空洞域に流入するのを防止するような、バッフルを有する装置。
Claims (17)
- ガス流からガス汚染物質を吸着するための円筒状吸着材容器において、
浄化のための前記ガス流がベッドサポートの下から供給されるように円筒状吸着材容器壁の円筒の内面に位置する垂直壁バッフルと、
前記垂直壁バッフルの下方に配置されかつ前記円筒状吸着材容器壁の円筒状内面に固定され、吸着材料を支持するベッドサポートと、を有し、
前記吸着材料は、前記垂直壁バッフルと前記円筒状吸着材容器の前記円筒状内面との間に閉じられた容積部分の少なくとも90%は吸着材料がない状態で、少なくとも前記ベッドサポートと垂直壁バッフルによって収納されることを特徴とする円筒状吸着材容器。 - 前記垂直壁バッフルは、
第1端部及び第2端部を持つ水平又はやや傾斜した水平部分であって、該水平又はやや傾斜した水平部分の前記第1端部は円筒状吸着材容器壁の円筒状内面の周縁に沿って固定され、前記水平又はやや傾斜した水平部分の前記第2端部は円筒状吸着材容器壁の円筒状内面の周縁から延びるような、水平又はやや傾斜した水平部分と、
第1端部と第2端部を持つ垂直部分であって、該垂直部分の前記第1端部は前記水平又はやや傾斜した水平部分の第2端部に固定され、前記垂直部分の前記第2端部は、前記垂直部分の第2端部が前記円筒状吸着材容器壁の円筒状内面の一部分と離間した関係で前記円筒状吸着材容器の垂直方向上方に延び、以て前記垂直壁バッフルと前記円筒状吸着材容器壁の円筒状内面との間に容積部分を作るような、垂直部分とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。 - 前記水平又はやや傾斜した水平部分と前記垂直部分との間の角度は90度以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- 前記水平又はやや傾斜した水平部分と前記垂直部分との間の角度は90度以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- 更に、第1端部と第2端部を有する追加の水平又は半傾斜水平板を有し、該追加の水平又は半傾斜水平板の前記第1端部は前記水平又はやや傾斜した水平部分の下方で円筒状吸着材容器壁の円筒状内面周縁に沿って固定され、前記追加の水平又は半傾斜水平板の第2端部は前記円筒状吸着材容器壁の円筒状内面周縁から延びることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- 更に、第1端部と第2端部を有するキャッピング板を有し、該キャッピング板の前記第1端部は垂直壁バッフルの垂直部分の第2端部に固定され、キャッピング板の前記第2端部は、キャッピング板の前記第2端部が円筒状吸着材容器の壁の円筒状内面の部分に対して隔てられた関係にあるように、円筒状吸着材容器の壁の円筒状内面に向かって延びていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- 前記垂直壁バッフルの前記水平又はやや傾斜した水平部分は無孔材料から成り、垂直壁バッフルの水平又はやや傾斜した水平部分はベッドサポートに接していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- 前記垂直壁バッフルの前記垂直部分の前記第2端部は吸着材容積部分の上部表面上に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- 前記垂直壁バッフルの前記垂直部分の前記第2端部は吸着材容積部分の上部表面上、少なくとも25mmに位置していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- 前記垂直壁バッフルと前記円筒状吸着材容器の円筒状内面との間に閉じられる容積部分は、ガス、絶縁材、又は非吸着材で満たされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- 前記垂直壁バッフルは、垂直壁バッフルの第1端部が水平に延びて円筒状吸着材容器の円筒状内面周縁に沿って固定されるように湾曲形状に成形された単板であり、前記垂直壁バッフルの第2端部は、該第2端部が前記円筒状吸着材容器壁の円筒状内面の一部分と離間した関係で円筒状吸着材容器の垂直方向上方に延び、以て前記垂直壁バッフルと円筒状吸着材容器壁の円筒状内面との間で閉じられた容積部分を作ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- 前記垂直壁バッフルの前記第2端部は吸着材容積部分の上部表面上に位置していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- 前記垂直壁バッフルの前記第2端部は吸着材容積部分の上部表面上、少なくとも25mmに位置していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の円筒状吸着材容器。
- ガス流からガス汚染物質を吸着するための装置において、
円筒状内面を備えた円筒状容器壁を有する円筒状容器と、
上面を有してベッドサポートの上に配置される吸着材のベッドと、
浄化のための前記ガス流がベッドサポートの下から供給されるように前記円筒状容器の中でかつ前記ベッドサポート上に配置されるバッフルであって、上端部を有する上方部分と下端部を有する下方部分とを有し、前記下端部は前記円筒状容器壁の円筒状内面に向かって位置決めされ、少なくともバッフルの一部分は前記円筒状内面から隔てられることでバッフルと内壁面との間に空洞域を形成し、前記上方部分は前記吸着材のベッドの上面の上に延び、前記下方部分は前記吸着材のベッドの中に埋もれ、空気または吸着材が前記バッフルまたはバッフルの前記下端部と前記内壁面の間を介して前記空洞域に流入するのを防止するような、バッフルとを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記バッフルの上端部は円筒状容器壁の円筒状内面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記円筒状容器壁は円周を有し、前記バッフルは、実質的に前記円筒状容器壁の前記円周の一部の周りを延びることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記空洞域は吸着材を実質的に含まないことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
