Description
Claims (12)
- 流動式接触分解プロセス(FCC)等の炭化水素原料を分解するプロセスであって、
触媒再生器から得られる高温再生触媒粒子をライザー・リアクタ内で炭化水素原料と接触させて、炭化水素分解生成物と使用済み触媒とを含む流出物を形成する工程と、
第1のガス分配装置から供給されるストリッピング媒体を介して分離容器内で前記炭化水素分解生成物から前記使用済み触媒を分離し、塔頂炭化水素留分と使用済み触媒留分とを回収する工程と、
第2のガス分配装置から供給される再生ガスとの接触を介して前記使用済み触媒留分を再生容器内で再生し、前記高温再生触媒粒子を回収する工程と、を備え、
前記第1のガス分配装置と前記第2のガス分配装置の少なくとも一方が、
ガス源及び複数の注入ノズルに流体連結する分配マニホールドを備え、
前記複数の注入ノズルの各注入ノズルが、前記分配マニホールド内に配置される流入口と流出口とを有するチューブを備え、
前記流入口が、前記チューブの周りに前記チューブの円周方向に沿って配置される複数の径方向流量制限オリフィスを備え、
前記複数の径方向流量制限オリフィスが、前記チューブに沿って、前記流入口側の前記チューブの軸端部から長さLの範囲内に配置され、前記長さLが前記チューブの内径の2倍未満である、
プロセス。 - 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、
前記流出口が前記分配マニホールドの外周に近接して配置される、
プロセス。 - 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、
前記流出口が、前記分配マニホールドの外周の外側にある、
プロセス。 - 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、
前記複数の径方向流量制限オリフィスに近接する前記チューブの軸端部に蓋がされている、
プロセス。 - 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、
前記径方向流量制限オリフィスの直径に対する前記流出口の内径の比が、2:1よりも大きい、
プロセス。 - 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、
前記流入口が、前記チューブに沿って、前記径方向流量制限オリフィスが配置される範囲に、前記径方向流量制限オリフィスに加えて又は代えて複数の流量制限オリフィスを備え、
前記複数の流量制限オリフィスが、前記チューブの入口側端部に設けた入口板に配置され、
前記複数の流量制限オリフィスが、前記チューブの軸方向に沿って配置される、
プロセス。 - 請求項6に記載のプロセスであって、
前記複数の流量制限オリフィスの軸長に対する前記チューブの軸長の比が、少なくとも4:1である、
プロセス。 - 請求項6に記載のプロセスであって、
前記流量制限オリフィスの直径に対する前記流出口の内径の比が、2:1よりも大きい、
プロセス。 - 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、
前記チューブの長さが、前記流出口の内径の少なくとも5倍である、
プロセス。 - 流動式接触分解プロセス(FCC)等の炭化水素原料を分解するプロセスであって、
触媒再生器から得られる高温再生触媒粒子をライザー・リアクタ内で炭化水素原料と接触させて、炭化水素分解生成物と使用済み触媒とを含む流出物を形成する工程と、
第1のガス分配装置から供給されるストリッピング媒体を介して分離容器内で前記炭化水素分解生成物から前記使用済み触媒を分離し、塔頂炭化水素留分と使用済み触媒留分とを回収する工程と、
第2のガス分配装置から供給される再生ガスとの接触を介して前記使用済み触媒留分を再生容器内で再生し、前記高温再生触媒粒子を回収する工程と、を備え、
前記第1のガス分配装置と前記第2のガス分配装置の少なくとも一方が、
ガス源及び複数の注入ノズルに流体連結する分配マニホールドを備え、
前記複数の注入ノズルの各注入ノズルが、前記分配マニホールド内に配置される流入口と流出口とを有するチューブを備え、
前記流入口が流量制限部を囲む環状オリフィスを備え、
前記流量制限部が、前記流入口の中心に懸架されたディスクを備え、
前記流出口が前記分配マニホールドの外周の外側にある、
プロセス。 - 請求項10に記載のプロセスであって、
前記流出口が前記分配マニホールドの外周に近接して配置される、
プロセス。 - 請求項10に記載のプロセスであって、
前記流量制限部が、円錐形又は円錐台形である、
プロセス。
