Description
特に、擬似共沸(quasiazeotropic)または共沸(azeotropic)で、および/または、従来の熱伝達流体(例えばR404AまたはR410A)よりエネルギー性能が良い、GWPが低い他の熱伝達流体を開発することが望ましい。
1〜60%のアムモニアと、40〜99%の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン、
好ましくは5〜45%のアムモニアと、55〜95%の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン、
好ましくは15〜30%のアムモニアと、70〜85%の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン、
好ましくは18〜26%のアムモニアと、74〜82%の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン、
好ましくは21〜23%のアムモニアと、77〜79%の2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン、
本発明の一つの実施例では、上記組成物は擬似共沸(quasiazeotropic)であり、好ましくは共沸(azeotropic)である。
本発明はさらに、上記組成物の膨張剤、好ましくはエーロゾル用膨張剤として使用に関するものである。
本発明はさらに、上記組成物の推進薬としての使用に関するものである。
本発明はさらに、上記組成物の洗剤としての使用に関するものである。
R404Aは52%の1,1,1-トリフルオロエタンと、44%のペンタフルオロエタンと、4%の1,1,1,2-テトラフルオロエタンとの合物を表す。R410Aは50%のジフルオロメタンと、50%のペンタフルオロエタンとの混合物を表す。
1,1,1,2-テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)、
1,1-ジフルオロエタン(R152a)、
l,1,1,3,3-ペンタフルオロプロパン(R245fa)、
ペンタフルオロエタン(R125)と1,1,1,2-テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)とイソブタン(R600a)の混合物(すなわちR422)、
クロロジフルオロメタン(R22)、
51.2%のクロロペンタフルオロエタン(R32)と48.8%のクロロジフルオロメタン(R22)の混合物(すなわちR502)、
任意の炭化水素、
20%のジフルオロメタン(R32)と40%のペンタフルオロエタン(R125)と40%の1,1,1,2-テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)との混合物(すなわちR407A)、
23%のジフルオロメタン(R32)と25%のペンタフルオロエタン(R125)と52%の1,1,1,2-テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)との混合物(すなわちR407C)、
30%のジフルオロメタン(R32)と30%のペンタフルオロエタン(R125)と40%の1,1,1,2-テトラフルオロエタン(R134a)との混合物(すなわちR407F)、
R1234yf(2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン)、
Rl234ze(1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン)
以下、本発明の実施例を示すが、本発明が下記実施例に限定されるものではない。
共沸または疑似共沸組成物
サファイヤ・チューブを備えた真空セルをオイルバスで5℃に冷却する。熱平衡に達した時に真空セルにHFO-1234yfを入れ、平衡に達した時の圧力を記録する。真空セル中に所定量のNH3を入れ、平衡化を加速するために内容物を混合する。平衡した時点で気相および液相から最少量のサンプルを採り、熱検出器を有するガスクロマトグラフィで分析する。HFO-1234yfとNH3の各種組成物で得られた平衡データを[図1]に示す。
性能の研究
混合物の濃度、エンタルピー、エントロピーおよび液体/蒸気平衡データを計算するためにRK-Soaveの式を使用した。この式を使用するには対象混合物中で使われる純粋物体の特性と、各二成分混合物の相互作用係数に関する知識とが必要である。
