Description
Claims (6)
- BOD成分を含む有機性排水を生物汚泥により生物処理する反応槽と、前記反応槽で得られた処理水を前記汚泥と分離する汚泥分離槽と、を有する排水処理装置であって、
前記反応槽は、無酸素生物処理槽と、前記生物処理に必要な酸素が供給される第1生物処理槽及び第2生物処理槽と、を含み、
前記有機性排水は前記第1生物処理槽に連続的に流入され、前記第1生物処理槽及び前記第2生物処理槽で生物処理され、
前記汚泥分離槽内の汚泥は、前記第2生物処理槽及び前記無酸素生物処理槽へ返送され、
前記無酸素生物処理槽内の汚泥は、少なくとも前記第1生物処理槽に供給され、
前記第1生物処理槽内のMLSS濃度は前記第2生物処理槽内のMLSS濃度より小さく、前記第1生物処理槽のMLSS負荷は、前記第2生物処理槽のMLSS負荷より高くされることで、グラニュールを形成させることを特徴とする排水処理装置。 - 前記第1生物処理槽のMLSS負荷は、0.8kgBOD/kgMLSS/d以上の範囲であり、前記第2生物処理槽のMLSS負荷は、0.5kgBOD/kgMLSS/d以下の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排水処理装置。
- 前記第1生物処理槽のMLSS負荷は、1.8kgBOD/kgMLSS/d以上の範囲であり、前記第2生物処理槽のMLSS負荷は、0.5kgBOD/kgMLSS/d以下の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排水処理装置。
- 前記第1生物処理槽及び前記第2生物処理槽の被処理水の滞留時間の合計が3時間以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排水処理装置。
- 前記無酸素生物処理槽の被処理水の滞留時間が1.4時間以上5.8時間以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排水処理装置。
- BOD成分を含む有機性排水を生物汚泥により生物処理する反応槽と、前記反応槽で得られた処理水を前記汚泥と分離する汚泥分離槽と、を有する排水処理装置を用いた排水処理方法であって、
前記反応槽は、無酸素生物処理槽と、前記生物処理に必要な酸素が供給される第1生物処理槽及び第2生物処理槽と、を含み、
前記有機性排水を前記第1生物処理槽に連続的に流入させ、前記第1生物処理槽及び前記第2生物処理槽で生物処理し、
前記汚泥分離槽内の汚泥を前記第2生物処理槽及び前記無酸素生物処理槽へ返送し、
前記無酸素生物処理槽内の汚泥を少なくとも前記第1生物処理槽に供給し、
前記第1生物処理槽内のMLSS濃度を前記第2生物処理槽内のMLSS濃度より小さくし、前記第1生物処理槽のMLSS負荷を前記第2生物処理槽のMLSS負荷より高くすることで、グラニュールを形成することを特徴とする排水処理方法。
