Description
Claims (15)
- 生体内の生理的変数を血管内で測定するためのセンサガイドワイヤ(200)を備えたセンサガイドワイヤ装置であって、前記センサガイドワイヤ(200)は、生体内の少なくとも1つの生理的変数を感知するよう構成された少なくとも1つのセンサ素子(213)を備え、前記センサガイドワイヤ装置は、前記センサガイドワイヤの近位端に直接的または間接的に接続されるように構成されたコネクタユニット(220)をさらに備えるセンサガイドワイヤ装置において、
前記コネクタユニット(220)は、信号変換装置(310)に前記センサ素子(213)により感知された生理的変数を示す信号を提供するための電気的接点を介して、前記信号変換装置(310)に物理的に取り付け可能であり、
前記コネクタユニットは、前記センサガイドワイヤが前記コネクタユニットを介して前記信号変換装置に取り付けられるように配置されており、
前記信号変換装置は前記信号を確立された規格に準じて処理された信号に変換するように配置され、前記処理された信号は生理機能モニタ(320)によって受信されるように適応され、
前記コネクタユニット(220)は、前記コネクタユニット(220)内に配置された一体型のバッテリ(222)を備え、前記バッテリ(222)は、前記コネクタユニット(220)が前記信号変換装置(310)に取り付けられた時に前記電気的接点を介して、離隔した前記信号変換装置(310)に電力を供給するように構成され、前記センサガイドワイヤ装置は熱滅菌された使い捨ての装置であることを特徴とするセンサガイドワイヤ装置。 - 前記センサ素子(213)は、前記センサガイドワイヤ装置が前記信号変換装置(310)に取り付けられた時に、前記信号変換装置(310)によって電圧を印加される、請求項1に記載のセンサガイドワイヤ装置。
- 前記コネクタユニットは、前記センサ素子(213)に関する較正データを含むEEPROM等の較正メモリを備える、請求項1または2に記載のセンサガイドワイヤ装置。
- 前記コネクタユニット(220)は、前記センサガイドワイヤ(200)の近位部に配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサガイドワイヤ装置。
- 前記コネクタユニット(220)は、前記信号変換装置(310)の雌コネクタ(311)に接続されるよう構成された雄コネクタ(221)を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサガイドワイヤ装置。
- 前記コネクタユニット(220)は、前記信号変換装置(310)の雄コネクタに接続されるように構成された雌コネクタを備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサガイドワイヤ装置。
- 前記確立された規格はBP−22規格である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のセンサガイドワイヤ装置。
- 前記信号変換装置(310)は、潜在的に異なる信号要求を有する複数の異なる生理機能モニタのいずれかに規格化された信号が生理機能モニタ(320)に送られるように、前記信号を処理するよう構成される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のセンサガイドワイヤ装置。
- 生体内の生理的変数の血管内測定用のシステム(300)であって、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のセンサガイドワイヤ装置と、
前記センサガイドワイヤ装置の前記コネクタユニット(220)を介して前記センサガイドワイヤ装置に取り付け可能な信号変換装置(310)と
を備えるシステム(300)。 - 前記信号変換装置(310)は、前記信号変換装置(310)が前記コネクタ(220)に取り付けられた時に前記バッテリ(222)の出力レベルをモニタするよう、かつ前記電源供給部の前記出力レベルが予め設定された閾値を下回った場合に出力レベル警報信号を生成するように構成された電源供給モニタ装置(312)を備える、請求項9に記載のシステム(300)。
- 前記コネクタユニット(220)に取り付け可能であって、前記コネクタユニット(220)に取り付けられた時に前記バッテリ(222)の出力レベルをモニタするよう、かつ前記バッテリの前記出力レベルが予め設定された閾値を下回った場合に出力レベル警報信号を生成するようにさらに構成された電源供給モニタ装置(312)をさらに備える、請求項9または10に記載のシステム(300)。
- 前記信号変換装置(310)は、前記信号変換装置(310)の信号処理部と前記信号変換装置(310)に接続可能な生理機能モニタ(320)との間の電気的接続を持たない通信リンクを実現するために用いられる光通信リンク(313)を備える、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(300)。
- 前記信号変換装置(310)に通信接続可能な生理機能モニタ(320)をさらに備える、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(300)。
- 前記生理機能モニタ(320)は、有線接続を介して前記信号変換装置(310)に接続可能である、請求項13に記載のシステム(300)。
- 前記生理機能モニタ(320)は、無線接続を介して前記信号変換装置(310)に接続可能である、請求項13に記載のシステム(300)。
