Claims (13)
- 「n個」の金属機能層(40、80、120)と「(n+1)個」の反射防止膜(20、60、100、140)とが交互になっており、ここで、nは3以上の整数であり、各反射防止膜が少なくとも1つの反射防止層(24、64、104、144)を含み、このため、機能層(40、80、120)はそれぞれ、2つの反射防止膜(20、60、100、140)間に位置する薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板(10)であって、
各機能層(80、120)の厚さexが、透明ガラス基板(10)の方向において前に位置する、機能層の厚さより小さく、ex=α ex−1

- 透明ガラス基板から1番目の機能層(40)の下にある、第1の反射防止膜(20)の最後の層が、結晶性酸化亜鉛を主成分とする湿潤層(28)であること、および、該1番目の機能層(40)の下にある第1の反射防止膜(20)が、平滑層(26)を含み、該平滑層が非晶質の混合酸化物で作製され、該平滑層が上にある湿潤層(28)に接していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板。
- 平滑層(26)の厚さe26が、第1の反射防止膜(20)の厚さの1/6、および前記1番目の機能層(40)の厚さの半分に相当することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板。
- 金属機能層の全厚さが、30nmより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板。
- 反射防止膜(20、60、100、140)がそれぞれ、少なくとも1つの窒化ケイ素を主成分とする層(24、64、104、144)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板。
- 機能層(40、80、120)の下にある、それぞれの反射防止膜の最後の層が、結晶性酸化亜鉛を主成分とする湿潤層(28、68、108)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板。
- 機能層(40、80、120)の下にある、少なくとも1つの反射防止膜が少なくとも1つの平滑層(26、66、106)を含み、該平滑層が非晶質の混合酸化物で作製され、該平滑層(26、66、106)が上にある湿潤層(28、68、108)に接していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板。
- 機能層が、銀または金属合金含有銀を主成分とすることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板。
- 0.55≦α≦0.95であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板。
- 透明ガラス基板から1番目の金属機能層の厚さが11≦e1≦15nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板を導入したグレージングユニット。
- 加熱グレージングユニットの加熱透明コーティング、または、エレクトロクロミックグレージングユニット、照明装置、ディスプレイ装置、もしくは光起電力パネルの透明電極を製造するための、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の薄膜多層を備える透明ガラス基板の使用。
