Description
本発明のさらなる別の実施形態による成形装置は、型キャビティ及び同型キャビティに対応する型コアをそれぞれ有する複数の深絞り加工用の圧縮型であって、型が閉じる際に対応する型コアの少なくとも一部が型キャビティに嵌入する、複数の深絞り加工用の圧縮型と、深絞り加工用の圧縮型を動作可能に支持するとともに閉路を形成し、圧縮型が同閉路を移動する間に同圧縮型が開閉する支持構造と、閉路に沿った第1所定位置を圧縮型が通過するときに、各圧縮型の型コアに所定量の型材を順次導入するよう動作可能な型材吐出機構と、閉路に沿った第1所定位置及び第2所定位置の間を圧縮型が移動するときに型キャビティ及び型コアを過熱する手段であって、型キャビティ及び型コアを過熱する手段は、型が閉じる前に型キャビティ及び型コアを加熱する、型キャビティ及び前記型コアを過熱する手段と、閉路に沿った第2所定位置及び第3所定位置の間を圧縮型が移動するときに、加熱された圧縮型を閉じ、型キャビティ及び型コアの間において型材を圧縮して深絞り部品を形成する型閉鎖機構であって、型キャビティ及び型コアを過熱する手段は、型が閉じた後に型キャビティ及び型コアを加熱する、型閉鎖機構と、閉路に沿った第3所定位置及び第4所定位置の間を圧縮型が移動するときに圧縮型を冷却する手段と、閉路に沿った第4所定位置及び第5所定位置の間を圧縮型が移動するときに、冷却された圧縮型を開く型開放機構と、閉路に沿った第6所定位置を圧縮型が通過するときに深絞り部品を圧縮型から取り出す取出装置と、を備える。

Claims (16)
- 型キャビティ及び同型キャビティに対応する型コアをそれぞれ有する複数の深絞り加工用の圧縮型であって、同深絞り加工用の圧縮型における、径に対する深さの比が1を超え、かつ前記対応する型コアの少なくとも一部が、前記圧縮型が閉じる際に前記型キャビティに嵌入する、複数の深絞り加工用の圧縮型と、
前記型キャビティ及び型コアを互いに対して動作可能に支持するとともに閉路を形成し、前記圧縮型が同閉路を移動する間に圧縮型が開閉する回転支持構造と、
前記閉路に沿った第1所定位置を前記圧縮型が通過するときに、各圧縮型の前記型コアに所定量の型材を順次導入するよう動作可能な型材吐出機構と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第1所定位置及び第2所定位置の間を前記圧縮型が移動するときに圧縮型を加熱すべく連結された熱源であって、同熱源は、前記圧縮型が前記第1所定位置及び前記第2所定位置の間を移動する間、かつ前記圧縮型が閉じる前に前記型キャビティ及び前記型コアを加熱する、熱源と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第2所定位置及び第3所定位置の間を前記圧縮型が移動するときに、加熱された圧縮型を閉じ、前記型キャビティ及び型コアの間において型材を圧縮して深絞り部品を形成する型閉鎖機構であって、前記熱源は、前記圧縮型が閉じた後に前記型キャビティ及び前記型コアを加熱する、型閉鎖機構と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第3所定位置及び第4所定位置の間を前記圧縮型が移動するときに圧縮型を冷却すべく連結された冷却源と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第4所定位置及び第5所定位置の間を前記圧縮型が移動するときに、冷却された圧縮型を開く型開放機構と、
前記閉路に沿った第6所定位置を前記圧縮型が通過するときに前記深絞り部品を圧縮型から取り出す取出装置と、を備える成形装置。 - 前記深絞り加工用の圧縮型における、径に対する深さの比が10を超える請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記熱源が過熱された水を導く請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記熱源が蒸気を導く請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記圧縮型が摂氏100度を超える温度に加熱される請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記深絞り加工用の圧縮型が注射筒を成形すべく構成される請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記深絞り加工用の圧縮型が、同圧縮型を通過する軸線を中心に対称的である請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 型キャビティ及び同型キャビティに対応する型コアをそれぞれ有する複数の深絞り加工用の型を用意する工程であって、該型が閉じる際に該対応する型コアの少なくとも一部が該型キャビティに嵌入する、型を用意する工程と、
前記型を支持構造に配置する工程と、
前記型を、閉路に沿って繰り返し移動させる工程と、
前記閉路に沿った第1所定位置を前記型が通過するときに、各型の前記型コアに所定量の型材を導入する工程と、
前記型が開いているとき、かつ前記閉路に沿った前記第1所定位置及び第2所定位置の間を前記型が移動するときに型の前記型キャビティ及び前記型コアを加熱する工程と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第2所定位置及び第3所定位置の間を前記型が移動するときに、型内の型材を圧縮して径に対する深さの比が1を超える深絞り部品を形成する工程と、
前記型が閉じた後、かつ前記閉路に沿った前記第2所定位置及び第3所定位置の間を前記型が移動するときに、型の前記型キャビティ及び前記型コアを加熱する工程と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第3所定位置及び第4所定位置の間を前記型が移動するときに型を冷却する工程と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第4所定位置及び第5所定位置の間を前記型が移動するときに、
冷却された型を開く工程と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第5所定位置及び第1所定位置の間を前記型が移動するときに型から前記深絞り部品を取り出す工程と、からなる成形方法。 - 前記型内の型材を圧縮して深絞り部品を形成する工程が、径に対する深さの比が10を超える深絞り部品を形成する工程を含む請求項8に記載の成形方法。
- 前記型を加熱する工程が、過熱された水を用いて前記型を加熱する工程を含む請求項8に記載の成形方法。
- 前記型を加熱する工程が、蒸気を用いて前記型を加熱する工程を含む請求項8に記載の成形方法。
- 前記型を加熱する工程が、摂氏100度を超える温度に前記型を加熱する工程を含む請求項8に記載の成形方法。
- 前記型内の型材を圧縮して深絞り部品を形成する工程が、注射筒を形成する工程を含む請求項8に記載の成形方法。
- 前記型内の型材を圧縮して深絞り部品を形成する工程が、部品を通過する軸線を中心に対称的である部品を形成する工程を含む請求項8に記載の成形方法。
- 型キャビティ及び同型キャビティに対応する型コアをそれぞれ有する複数の深絞り加工用の圧縮型であって、該型が閉じる際に該対応する型コアの少なくとも一部が該型キャビティに嵌入する、複数の深絞り加工用の圧縮型と、
前記深絞り加工用の圧縮型を動作可能に支持するとともに閉路を形成し、前記圧縮型が同閉路を移動する間に同圧縮型が開閉する支持構造と、
前記閉路に沿った第1所定位置を前記圧縮型が通過するときに、各圧縮型の前記型コアに所定量の型材を順次導入するよう動作可能な型材吐出機構と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第1所定位置及び第2所定位置の間を前記圧縮型が移動するときに前記型キャビティ及び前記型コアを過熱する手段であって、前記型キャビティ及び前記型コアを過熱する手段は、前記型が閉じる前に前記型キャビティ及び前記型コアを加熱する、前記型キャビティ及び前記型コアを過熱する手段と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第2所定位置及び第3所定位置の間を前記圧縮型が移動するときに、加熱された圧縮型を閉じ、型キャビティ及び型コアの間において型材を圧縮して深絞り部品を形成する型閉鎖機構であって、前記型キャビティ及び前記型コアを過熱する手段は、前記型が閉じた後に前記型キャビティ及び前記型コアを加熱する、型閉鎖機構と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第3所定位置及び第4所定位置の間を前記圧縮型が移動するときに圧縮型を冷却する手段と、
前記閉路に沿った前記第4所定位置及び第5所定位置の間を前記圧縮型が移動するときに、冷却された圧縮型を開く型開放機構と、
前記閉路に沿った第6所定位置を前記圧縮型が通過するときに前記深絞り部品を圧縮型から取り出す取出装置と、を備える成形装置。 - 前記深絞り加工用の圧縮型における、径に対する深さの比が10を超える請求項15に記載の成形装置。
