Description
Claims (13)
- 流体制御装置で使用するための確実な保持を有する弁座装置であって、
流体流路を提供する開孔部、およびこの開孔部から径方向で外向きに配された環状の外表面を規定しており、該環状の外表面から環状突出端が突出し、この環状突出端が、該環状の外表面の第1部分と該環状の外表面の第2部分との間に配置されている、剛性支持リングと、
前記流体制御装置の流量制御部材を密封して係合するための密封面を有し、前記剛性支持リングの環状の外表面を取り囲むとともに、前記剛性支持リングに連結されたエラストマーのリングと、を備え、該エラストマーのリングは、第1外径を有する第1外表面、ならびに該第1外径よりも大きい第2外径を有する第2外表面を備え、該第2外表面は前記流体制御装置の本体の環状凹部に配置されるように適合された環状リップを形成し、前記エラストマーのリングは前記剛性支持リングの環状突出端を受ける環状溝を有する内表面を備えるとともに、前記第1外表面と前記第2外表面との間に形成された第1テーパーショルダを備え、該第1テーパーショルダは、前記流体制御装置の本体の環状凹部によって形成された第2テーパーショルダと密封して係合するように適合されている弁座装置。 - 前記エラストマーのリングが前記流体制御装置の前記本体に摩擦によって連結される、請求項1に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記密封面は、前記剛性支持リングの前記開孔部を通る中心線に対して直交するような位置に配置されている請求項1または2に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記密封面は、前記剛性支持リングの端面と同一平面上にある請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記エラストマーのリングは、前記剛性支持リングの環状の外表面を完全に囲み、かつ覆っている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記エラストマーのリングが前記剛性支持リングを覆って成形される、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記エラストマーのリングの内表面が前記剛性支持リングの環状の外表面と連結される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記密封面が前記流体制御装置の弁体を係合するためにある、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記剛性支持リングは、金属またはプラスチックからできている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記環状突出端は、T字形の断面形状を有している請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記環状突出端は、弓形の断面形状を有している請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記環状突出端は、長方形の断面形状を有している請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の弁座装置。
- 前記流体制御装置は、流体調節装置を備える請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の弁座装置。
