Description

外科的処置を実行する装置であって、該装置は、
細長いチューブと、
駆動ロッドと、
ばねと、
ポリマーバッグによって受け入れられる外科用パッチと
を備え、
該駆動ロッド、該ばね、および該外科用パッチは、該細長いチューブ内に摺動可能に収容される、
装置。

Claims (4)
- 最小侵襲性の手術の間に外科用パッチをイン・サイチュで適用するシステムであって、該システムは、
外科用パッチと、
ポリマーバッグと、
該外科用パッチを該ポリマーバッグの中に挿入する手段と、
該外科用パッチを含む該ポリマーバッグを体腔の中に移送する手段と、
該ポリマーバッグが該体腔内にある間に該外科用パッチを該ポリマーバッグから取り外す手段と
を備え、
該外科用パッチは、基板を含み、該基板は、該基板の第一の部分に適用された第一のヒドロゲル前駆物質と、該基板の第二の部分に適用された第二のヒドロゲル前駆物質とを有し、
該第二のヒドロゲル前駆物質を有する該基板の該第二の部分が、組織により近く配向され、第一のヒドロゲル前駆物質を有する該基板の該第一の部分が、該組織からさらに遠く配向されるように、該外科用パッチは、該体腔内の組織に適用されるように構成されており、
該第二のヒドロゲル前駆物質が、生理的な流体によって溶解され、該流体が、該第一の部分に向けて該外科用パッチを通って移動することが可能にされ、これにより、該第一のヒドロゲル前駆物質に接触し、該第一のヒドロゲル前駆物質および該第二のヒドロゲル前駆物質が、反応して、生体適合性の架橋材料を形成するときに、該組織に沿った止血が形成される、
システム。 - 前記ポリマーバッグは、ポリウレタンと、ラテックスとから成る群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。

該外科用パッチは、基板を含み、該基板は、該基板の第一の部分に適用された第一のヒドロゲル前駆物質と、該基板の第二の部分に適用された第二のヒドロゲル前駆物質とを有する、
ポリマーバッグと、
該外科用パッチを該ポリマーバッグの中に移送する手段と、
該第二のヒドロゲル前駆物質を有する該基板の該第二の部分が、該体腔の組織により近く配向され、第一のヒドロゲル前駆物質を有する該基板の該第一の部分が、該組織からさらに遠く配向されるように、該外科用パッチを含む該ポリマーバッグを体腔の中に腹腔鏡的に挿入する手段と
を備えており、
該第二のヒドロゲル前駆物質が、生理的な流体によって溶解され、該流体が、該第一の部分に向けて該外科用パッチを通って移動することが可能にされ、これにより、該第一のヒドロゲル前駆物質に接触し、該第一のヒドロゲル前駆物質および該第二のヒドロゲル前駆物質が、反応して、生体適合性の架橋材料を形成するときに、該組織に沿った止血が形成される、
