・粉末化:処理材料を物理的に粉末化し、多くの個々の小粒子に分離する
・成型:粉末を型に注入し、又はダイを通過させ、寸法的に所望の製品に近い弱凝集構造を形成する
・圧縮:成型品を圧縮し、選択的に高温にさらし、最終製品を形成する
1.誘導炉5で成分2とともに溶解するこことで、鋼組成6を準備する
2.膨張チャンバ10内で空気噴流を用いる霧化により、鋼組成6を粉末化する
3.鋼粉末14を型18に詰める
4.型20の熱間静水圧プレス20を行う
5.型20を取り除いて、プレスされた鋼製品を仕上げる
Claims (13)
- 炭素 0.45から0.8重量%
窒素 0.1から0.2重量%
クロム 14から17重量%
モリブデン 0.7から1.3重量%
シリコン 0.5から1重量%
マンガン 0.2から0.8重量%
鉄 78から84.05重量%及び
任意成分として、酸素、リン及び硫黄0.02重量%以下
からなり、
前記鉄は不可避的不純物とともに組成の残部をなす軸受鋼組成。 - 前記炭素及び窒素を合わせた含有量は全組成の0.55重量%から0.7重量%である請求項1に記載の軸受鋼組成。
- 前記鋼組成は、少なくとも一つの元素が以下の量からなる請求項1又は2に記載の軸受鋼組成。
炭素 0.45から0.7重量%
窒素 0.11から0.18重量%
クロム 14から17重量%
モリブデン 0.9から1.1重量%
シリコン 0.5から0.9重量%及び
マンガン 0.3から0.6重量% - 前記鋼組成は、
炭素 0.45から0.6重量%
窒素 0.13から0.17重量%
クロム 15から16.5重量%
モリブデン 0.9から1.1重量%
シリコン 0.5から0.9重量%
マンガン 0.3から0.6重量%及び
残部鉄及び不可避的不純物
からなる請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の軸受鋼組成。 - マルテンサイト、残留オーステナイト、析出炭化物及び/又は炭窒化物からなる微細構造を有する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の軸受鋼組成。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1つによる組成から形成された軸受部品。
- 転動要素、内輪及び外輪の少なくともいずれか1つである請求項6に記載の軸受部品。
- 請求項6又は請求項7に記載の軸受部品からなる軸受。
- 軸受部品を形成する方法において、
a)請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の粉末鋼組成を準備し、
b)前記粉末鋼組成を熱間静水圧プレスし、前記部品を形成する
工程からなる軸受部品を形成する方法。 - 前記粉末鋼組成は、少なくとも1つのガス噴流と接触させて溶解鋼組成を霧化することにより準備する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記熱間静水圧プレス工程は、1000℃から1400℃の温度で200MPa以下の圧力で行う請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記熱間静水圧プレス工程は、不活性雰囲気で行う請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- さらに、
a)表面焼き入れ
b)焼き戻し及び/又は
c)仕上げ
の工程を含む請求項9から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
