Description
本発明の実施形態に係る照明器具は、天井に埋め込んで設置するタイプのダウンライトである。
ベース部11は、略円形の板状に形成されている。このベース部11の前面側には、詳細を後述する光源部2が熱的に結合されて配設されている。
なお、器具本体1の全表面には、輻射率を向上し、放熱量を増大するため、アルマイト処理を施すことが好ましい。
なお、光源としての発光素子としては、表面実装型のLEDパッケージを用いるようにしてもよく、格別その形態が限定されるものではない。
このような発光モジュールは、熱伝導性の取付板が器具本体1の前面側に接触するように配設され熱的に結合されている。
器具本体取付用の取付支持手段としての取付けばね5は、配光部材3の開口側外周部に略120度の等間隔を空けて3箇所に取付けられている。
このため、通気路Vによって外周側から空気が流入して背面方向へ上昇気流となるような対流が確保される。
なお、本発明は、上記実施形態の構成に限定されることなく、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (4)
- 発光素子を光源とする光源部と;
前面側に前記光源部が配設されるとともに、背面側から立設され略中央部を中心として中央部から外周方向へ向かって放射状に形成され中央部で接続された複数の支柱と、背面側から立設され前記複数の支柱における隣接する壁面側から外周方向へ向かって相互に離間し、かつ略平行であるとともに、前記複数の支柱のいずれかとも略平行に形成された複数の放熱フィンとを有する放熱部材と;
を具備することを特徴とする照明器具。 - 前記支柱と放熱フィンとは、一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 前記放熱フィンの背面側端部には、端子台が取付けられた取付部材が、前記放熱部材の背面側における中央部まで延出することなく載置されるように配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の照明器具。
- 前記支柱の外周側には、照明器具本体取付用の取付支持手段が取付け可能な取付面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一に記載の照明器具。
