Claims (3)
- 処理装置において、
a)気象レーダ反射率値を受信し、前記気象レーダ反射率値を3次元バッファに記憶するステップであって、前記3次元バッファは複数のセル列を備え、各セル列はそれぞれの緯度/経度位置に関係し、各セルは高度成分に関係する、ステップと、
b)前記受信された気象レーダ反射率値に基づいて値を生成するステップであって、前記値を生成するステップは、前記3次元バッファの列について、
前記列の各セルについて、当該セルに記憶された前記気象レーダ反射率値と、前記関係する高度成分と、当該セルの垂直方向寸法との積であって、前記気象レーダ反射率値と前記関係する高度成分が既定の指数で累乗された積を計算するステップと、
前記列のすべてのセルについて前記積を積算するステップと、
を含む、ステップと、
c)前記3次元バッファの1または複数の列のうち前記生成された値が第1の閾値を上回る列のセルに対して第1の危険性表示を割り当てるステップと、
前記処理装置に結合された表示装置において、
d)前記第1の危険性表示を表示するステップと
を含む方法。 - 気象レーダ反射率値を受信するように構成された気象レーダシステムと、
3次元バッファを備えたメモリであって、前記3次元バッファは複数のセル列を備え、各セル列はそれぞれの緯度/経度位置に関係し、各セルは高度成分に関係する、メモリと、
前記受信された気象レーダ反射率値を前記3次元バッファに記憶し、前記受信された気象レーダ反射率値に基づいて値を生成し、前記3次元バッファの1または複数の列のうち前記生成された値が第1の閾値を上回る列のセルに対して第1の危険性表示を割り当てるように構成された処理装置と、
前記第1の危険性表示を表示するように構成される表示装置と
を備え、
前記処理装置は、前記3次元バッファの列について、少なくとも、
前記列の各セルについて、当該セルに記憶された前記気象レーダ反射率値と、前記関係する高度成分と、当該セルの垂直方向寸法との積であって、前記気象レーダ反射率値と前記関係する高度成分が既定の指数で累乗された積を計算し、
前記列のすべてのセルについて前記積を積算する
ことによって前記値を生成するように構成される、
システム。 - 前記3次元バッファ内のその他の列においてa)〜d)を繰り返すステップと、
前記処理装置によって、前記列について生成された値が第2の閾値を上回るとき、前記列の前記セルに第2の危険性表示を割り当てるステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
