Description
ノルマルパラフィンを含有する原料油について、水素化処理触媒を用いて水素化処理する第1工程と、
第1工程により得られる被処理物について、水素化脱ロウ触媒を用いて水素化脱ロウする第2工程と、
第2工程により得られる被処理物について、水素化精製触媒を用いて水素化精製する第3工程と
を備える。
(ガスクロマトグラフィー条件)
カラム:液相無極性カラム(長さ25mm、内径0.3mmφ、液相膜厚さ0.1μm)
昇温条件:50℃〜400℃(昇温速度:10℃/min)
キャリアガス:ヘリウム(線速度:40cm/min)
スプリット比:90/1
試料注入量:0.5μL(二硫化炭素で20倍に希釈した試料の注入量)

実施例1においては、まず、溶剤精製基油を精製する工程において減圧蒸留で分離した留分を、フルフラールで溶剤抽出した後で水素化処理し、次いで、メチルエチルケトン−トルエン混合溶剤で溶剤脱ろうした。溶剤脱ろうの際に除去され、スラックワックスとして得られたワックス分(以下、「WAX1」という。)を、潤滑油基油の原料油として用いた。WAX1の性状を表1に示す。
実施例2においては、WAX1をさらに脱油して得られたワックス分(以下、「WAX2」という。)を、潤滑油基油の原料として用いた。WAX2の性状を表3に示す。
実施例3においては、パラフィン含量が95質量%であり、20から80までの炭素数分布を有するFTワックス(以下、「WAX3」という。)を用いた。WAX3の性状を表5に示す。
Claims (3)
- ノルマルパラフィンを含有する原料油について、得られる被処理物の尿素アダクト値が4質量%以下、粘度指数が130以上、NOACK蒸発量が15質量%以下、−35℃におけるCCS粘度が3000mPa・s以下、且つ、流動点が−10℃以下となるように、水素化分解/水素化異性化を行う工程を備える潤滑油基油の製造方法であって、
前記工程は、
前記原料油について、水素化処理触媒を用いて水素化処理する第1工程と、
前記第1工程により得られる被処理物について、水素化脱ロウ触媒を用いて水素化脱ロウする第2工程と、
前記第2工程により得られる被処理物について、水素化精製触媒を用いて水素化精製する第3工程と、
前記第3工程により得られる被処理物から、尿素アダクト値が4質量%以下、粘度指数が130以上、NOACK蒸発量が15質量%以下、−35℃におけるCCS粘度が3000mPa・s以下、且つ、流動点が−10℃以下の潤滑油基油を選別する第4工程と、
を有し、
前記第4工程で選別された潤滑油基油に、潤滑油組成物全量基準で、1.0質量%の流動点降下剤を添加したときに得られる潤滑油組成物の−40℃におけるMRV粘度が、12000mPa・s以下であることを特徴とする、潤滑油基油の製造方法。 - 前記原料油が潤滑油基油の溶剤脱ロウによって得られるスラックワックスを50質量%以上含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の潤滑油基油の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の潤滑油基油の製造方法によって得られる潤滑油基油を用いて、潤滑油組成物を調製する工程を備えることを特徴とする潤滑油組成物の製造方法。
