Description
The present invention relates to an illumination lamp such as an LED (light emitting diode) lamp.
In a straight tube type LED lamp, a heat sink is used for heat dissipation, but the heat sink mounting structure is complicated.
For example, the heat sink has a two-layer structure of an upper side and a lower side. If the heat sink is longer than the glass tube, it interferes with the glazing portion (the protruding portion) formed on the inner surface of the end portion of the glass tube.
In order not to interfere with the glazing portion (the protruding portion), the heat sink needs to have a two-layer structure. The upper heat sink is longer than the glass tube and the lower heat sink is shorter than the glass tube.
Further, the upper heat sink and the base are fastened with screws or the like. Alternatively, the upper heat sink and the base are fastened with a hole in the heat sink and a pin (resin boss) of the base.
As described above, when the heat sink is structurally combined with two parts, it is difficult to assemble the LED lamp, and the design and structure become complicated.
In addition, a straight tube type LED lamp has restrictions on length and dimensions. For example, the total length is 1212.6 mm, the diameter of the base is 28.8 mm, and the diameter of the glass tube is 25.5 mm. When the length of the lamp is restricted by fastening the screw of the component, the length of the lamp is determined by the screw through hole and the screw diameter play (play) + external tolerance. Further, when the length of the lamp is regulated by the hole and pin (resin boss) of the component, the length of the lamp is determined by the backlash (play) of the hole and pin diameter (resin boss diameter) + outer tolerance.
In the embodiment of the present invention, for example, an object is to ensure attachment of a heat sink of a straight tube type LED lamp with a simple structure.

With the
Therefore, the total length in the longitudinal direction of the
The length L of the
Here, the length L of the
A straight tube type LED lamp has a length restriction. For example, the total length is 1212.6 mm. When the length L of the
The overall shape of the abutting
There is a fitting portion 77 protruding from the portion excluding the abutting
The cross-sectional outer shape of the fitting portion 77 has the same shape as the cross-sectional contour shape of the
The
As described above, since the three-dimensional position of the lower base 72 of the base 55 with respect to the
The fitting portion 77 is provided with a
The area of the
The
The
Adhesion of the
The
For example, an elastic adhesive such as silicone rubber is used as the adhesive 57.
The linear expansion coefficient of the
S ÷ 4 ≦ gap L4 ≦ S ÷ 2
Considering possible cooling shrinkage and high-temperature thermal expansion of the
Adhesion by the adhesive 57 is an adhesion that allows the distance between the base 55 and the

5.接着部分の円弧長K3(あるいは、ヒートシンク54の円弧部分の長さK1と接着部分の円弧長K3との円弧長比)は、接着強度、接着部分の熱伝導度で決定する。
