Claims (15)
- 心臓弁置換術用の自動ロードマッピングに対する検査装置であって:
少なくとも1つのX線画像取得デバイスと;
演算ユニットと;
ディスプレイデバイスと:
を有し、
前記画像取得デバイスは、造影剤を注入された心臓の血管基部領域の少なくとも1枚のX線画像を取得するよう、また血管へと置換弁を挿入された前記血管基部領域の少なくとも1枚の最新の蛍光透視画像を取得するよう適合され;
前記演算ユニットは、前記少なくとも1枚の取得された画像内における血管情報データを特定し、該血管情報データを使用して血管基部表象をモデル化し、該血管基部表象のモデルと前記少なくとも1枚の蛍光透視画像との組み合わせによって合成画像を生成するよう適合され;
前記ディスプレイデバイスは、前記合成画像を表示するよう適合され、
前記演算ユニットによってモデル化される前記血管基部表象は、心腔から上行する血管と該心腔との接続部分にある心臓弁を取り囲む生体構造を含む弁近傍表象であり、前記弁近傍表象は、前記心臓弁の弁輪平面の指示を含む、
装置。 - 前記演算ユニットは、前記少なくとも1枚の取得された画像において前記血管基部のアウトラインを血管情報データとして検出するよう、並びに/あるいは前記取得された画像から前記血管基部領域を血管情報データとしてセグメント化するよう適合される、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記演算ユニットは、造影剤を注入された前記血管基部領域の一連の画像を取得するよう、また前記血管情報データを特定するよう最善のコントラストを有する画像を選択するよう適合される、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記演算ユニットは、前記少なくとも1枚の取得された画像における背景を予測し、DSA手順を行なうことによって前記画像から背景をサブトラクトするよう適合される、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記演算ユニットは、前記血管基部表象を測定及び確認するよう適合される、
請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項記載の装置。 - X線撮像システムであって、
請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載の装置を有する、
X線撮像システム。 - カテーテルラボラトリシステムであって、
請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載の検査装置を有する、
カテーテルラボラトリシステム。 - 心臓弁置換用の自動ロードマッピングに対する方法であって:
造影剤を注入された血管基部領域の少なくとも1枚の画像を取得する段階と;
該少なくとも1枚の取得された画像内における血管情報データを特定する段階と;
該血管情報データを使用して血管基部表象をモデル化する段階であって、モデル化される前記血管基部表象は、心腔から上行する血管と該心腔との接続部分にある心臓弁を取り囲む生体構造を含む弁近傍表象であり、前記弁近傍表象は、前記心臓弁の弁輪平面の指示を含む、段階と;
血管基部領域の少なくとも1枚の最新の蛍光透視画像を取得する段階と;
前記血管基部表象のモデルを前記少なくとも1枚の蛍光透視画像と組み合わせることによって合成画像を生成する段階と;
該合成画像をディスプレイ上に表示する段階と;
を有する方法。 - 前記少なくとも1枚の取得された画像において血管情報データとして前記血管基部のアウトラインを検出する段階、
を有する請求項8記載の方法。 - 前記取得された画像から血管情報データとして前記血管基部領域をセグメント化する段階、
を有する請求項8記載の方法。 - 造影剤を注入された前記血管基部領域の一連の画像を取得する段階と、前記血管情報データを特定するよう最善のコントラストを有する画像を選択する段階と、
を有する請求項8記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1枚の画像において背景を予測する段階と、前記血管情報データを特定する前にDSAを行なうことによって前記画像から前記背景をサブトラクトする段階と、
を有する請求項11記載の方法。 - 前記血管基部表象を測定及び確認する段階、
を有する請求項8乃至12のうちいずれか一項記載の方法。 - コンピュータプログラム要素であって、
処理ユニットによって実行されるときに請求項8乃至13記載の方法を実施するよう適合される、
コンピュータプログラム要素。 - プログラム要素が格納されたコンピュータ可動媒体であって、
