Claims (16)
- 弁に用いられる流れ制御アクチュエータであって、
内部チャンバ、流体流入口およびアクチュエータ棒を有し、該流体流入口が前記内部チャンバと連通し、前記アクチュエータ棒が延びているハウジング組立体を含む流体アクチュエータと、
前記ハウジング組立体の前記流体流入口と連通する流体制御弁と、を備えており、
前記アクチュエータ棒が、前記内部チャンバの中への流体の流入またはそこからの流体の流出に応じて移動可能となっており、
前記流体制御弁は、
長手方向の軸線に沿って伸びる貫通孔が形成されたハウジングと、
前記貫通孔内に設けられた肩部と、
前記貫通孔内に設けられたブリード台座と、
前記貫通孔内の前記肩部と前記ブリード台座との間に取り付けられたブリード円板と、
前記ハウジング内に設けられ、前記ブリード円板を前記ブリード台座の方へ付勢する付勢要素と、
前記ブリード円板を貫通するアパーチャと、を有し、
前記ブリード円板は、前記貫通孔内を、第一の流量で前記アパーチャを介して、前記流体流入口から前記内部チャンバに流体が流れる、前記肩部と接触する第一の動作位置と、該第一の流量よりも比較的大きな第二の流量で前記内部チャンバから前記流体流入口に向かって前記ブリード円板の外周面のまわりを流体が流れる、前記ブリード台座と接触する第二の動作位置との間で、移動するように配置された、流れ制御アクチュエータ。 - 前記アパーチャは、該アパーチャを流れる流体の流量を減少させる絞り用アパーチャを備える請求項1に記載の流れ制御アクチュエータ。
- 流体が前記貫通孔を流通して内部チャンバの中へ流れる場合、前記ブリード円板は、前記絞り用アパーチャを減少した流量の流体が流れるように配置されるとともに、流体が内部チャンバから出て貫通孔を流通した場合、前記ブリード円板は、この流体が該ブリード円板の周りを流れることができるように配置される請求項2に記載の流れ制御アクチュエータ。
- 前記付勢要素はバネを備える請求項3に記載の流れ制御アクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータ棒は自閉式停止弁の動作レバーに作用可能に結合され、
前記内部チャンバを、前記流体流入口と連通する第一のチャンバと、前記アクチュエータ棒が内部を貫通する第二のチャンバとに分割させるダイヤフラムを有し、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記流体流入口の方向に向けて付勢されている、請求項4に記載の流れ制御アクチュエータ。 - 前記流体制御弁が過流防止弁である、請求項1に記載の流れ制御アクチュエータ。
- 前記流体制御弁が制限付き逃がし弁である、請求項1に記載の流れ制御アクチュエータ。
- 第一の動作位置および第二の動作位置を有する自閉式停止弁と、
前記自閉式停止弁を前記第一の動作位置と前記第二の動作位置との間で移動させるように構成された流れ制御アクチュエータとを備えており、
前記流れ制御アクチュエータが、
内部チャンバ、該内部チャンバと連通した流体流入口、およびアクチュエータ棒を有するハウジング組立体を備えた流体アクチュエータであって、該アクチュエータ棒が、前記ハウジング組立体から延び、前記自閉式停止弁に作用可能に結合されているとともに、前記内部チャンバの中への流体の流入またはそこからの流体の流出に応じて移動可能となっている、流体アクチュエータと、
前記ハウジング組立体の前記流体流入口と連通する流体制御弁とを有しており、
前記流体制御弁が、
長手方向の軸線に沿って伸びる貫通孔が形成された第二のハウジングと、
前記貫通孔内に設けられた肩部と、
前記貫通孔内に設けられたブリード台座と、
前記貫通孔内の前記肩部と前記ブリード台座との間に取り付けられたブリード円板と、
前記第二のハウジング内に設けられ、前記ブリード円板を前記ブリード台座の方へ付勢する付勢要素と、を備え、
前記ブリード円板は、自身を貫通するアパーチャを有し、前記貫通孔内を、第一の流量で前記アパーチャを介して、前記流体流入口から前記内部チャンバに流体が流れる、前記肩部と接触する第一の動作位置と、該第一の流量よりも比較的大きな第二の流量で前記内部チャンバから前記流体流入口に向かって前記ブリード円板の外周面のまわりを流体が流れる、前記ブリード台座と接触する第二の動作位置との間で移動するように配置された、流体制御装置。 - 前記流体アクチュエータが、前記自閉式停止弁を前記第二の動作位置から前記第一の動作位置へ移動させるよりも遅い速度で前記自閉式停止弁を前記第一の動作位置から前記第二の動作位置へ移動させるように構成されてなる、請求項8に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記流体制御弁が前記ハウジング組立体と一体的に形成されてなる、請求項9に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記流体アクチュエータが、前記内部チャンバを前記流体流入口と連通する第一のチャンバと前記アクチュエータ棒が内部を貫通する第二のチャンバとに分割するダイヤフラムを有してなる、請求項10に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記ダイヤフラムが前記流体流入口の方向に向けて付勢されてなる、請求項11に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記自閉式停止弁を前記第一の動作位置と前記第二の動作位置との間で移動させるように構成された動作レバーをさらに備えてなる、請求項12に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記動作レバーが前記アクチュエータ棒に作用可能に結合されてなる、請求項13に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記流体制御弁が過流防止弁である、請求項8に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記流体制御弁が制限付き逃がし弁である、請求項8に記載の流体制御装置。
