Claims (22)
- 末端チップ(16)、基端部(18)、並びに細長本体に貫通する排尿チャネル(14)及び独立したガイドワイヤチャネル(32)を設けた前記細長本体(12)を有するカテーテル(10)と、
前記ガイドワイヤチャネルに挿通して、前記カテーテルを挿入時に案内するためのガイドワイヤ(38)と、および
前記細長本体の前記基端部、または基端部近傍における潤滑ポート(34)であって、ガイドワイヤ潤滑液を、前記ガイドワイヤチャネルに導入するための前記ガイドワイヤチャネルと流体連通するサイドアームを持つ潤滑ポートとを備え、
前記排尿チャンネルは、前記細長本体の中心に沿って貫通し、前記ガイドワイヤチャネルは、前記細長本体の一方の側面に沿って前記排尿チャンネルと平行に延在する、尿カテーテル処置装置。 - 請求項1に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記ガイドワイヤはストッパ(50)を有する構成とし、このストッパにより前記ガイドワイヤの前記基端部が、前記ガイドワイヤチャネルから、前記カテーテルの前記末端チップに向かって移動するのを防止する、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項2に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記ストッパは、前記ストッパを潤滑ポートに結合したとき、ガイドワイヤ潤滑液を前記ガイドワイヤチャネルに導入するシリンジを収容する構成とした、装置。
- 請求項3に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記ストッパは、ヘッド部分と、T字形状に形成し、また中空コアが貫通する本体部分とを備え、前記本体部分は、前記潤滑ポート内に収容でき、前記ヘッド部分は前記シリンジを収容できる構成とした、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項3に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記ストッパは、中空コアが貫通するヘッド部分を備え、前記ヘッド部分は前記シリンジを収容できる構成とした、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項4または5に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記ヘッド部分は、前記潤滑ポートの前記開口よりも大きくした、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記ストッパは、前記潤滑ポートに着脱自在に接続できる構成とした、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項7に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記ストッパは、前記潤滑ポートに、ねじ手段、押し込み嵌合手段またはツイストロック手段によって着脱可能に接続できる構成とした、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記ストッパは、前記ガイドワイヤの前記基端部を前記ストッパに連結するためのアンカー(58)を設ける構成とし、前記アンカーは、前記ガイドワイヤ潤滑液が前記ストッパを経て前記ガイドワイヤチャネルに通過する際に、前記ガイドワイヤ潤滑液を前記アンカーの周りを流れることができるよう構成した、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項9に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記アンカーは、前記ストッパの前記中空コアの幅を横切るバンド、及び前記バンドの各端部に設けた終端部材を有する構成とし、前記終端部材は、それぞれ前記ストッパの各側方部分に埋設し、前記アンカーを前記ストッパに固定する構成とした、

- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記潤滑ポートは、前記ガイドワイヤが抜去したとき、前記潤滑ポートからの排尿を防止するための閉塞部材を設ける構成とした、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項13に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記閉塞部材は一方向弁(36)とした、装置。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記ガイドワイヤを抜去した後、前記ガイドワイヤチャネルは、前記膀胱に無菌の洗浄液を導入するための洗浄チャンネルとしても作用する構成とした、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項2〜15のいずれか一項に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記ストッパを前記潤滑ポートに接続したとき、前記ガイドワイヤが前記カテーテルの前記末端チップを越えて突出する構成とした、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記ガイドワイヤは親水性高分子材料を有する構成とした、
尿カテーテル処置装置。 - 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記カテーテルの前記末端チップは、前記膀胱から尿を排出するために開放端部とし、斜めの角度を付けて形成された、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項18に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記カテーテルの前記細長本体は、前記カテーテルの前記末端チップに隣接した、少なくとも1つの他の排尿孔を設ける構成とした、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項19に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、2個の排尿孔を設け、それぞれ前記末端チップに隣接して、前記カテーテル両側の側面にそれぞれ1個配置した、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の尿カテーテル処置装置において、前記カテーテルは、膨張液を、前記カテーテルの前記先端チップに隣接して配置した、前記カテーテルを前記膀胱内に留め置くための、前記膨張可能なバルーンへ導くための膨張チャンネルをさらに備えた、尿カテーテル処置装置。
- i)装置であって、

ガイドワイヤ潤滑液を、前記ガイドワイヤチャネルに導入するために、前記細長本体の前記基端部、または前記基端部の近傍に設けた潤滑ポート(34)であって、ガイドワイヤ潤滑液を、前記ガイドワイヤチャネルに導入するために前記ガイドワイヤチャネルと流体連通するサイドアームを持つ潤滑ポートを備える、装置と、
ii)前記カテーテル及びガイドワイヤを、使用のために供給する無菌パッケージ(90)であって、前記パッケージは、開くことで、ガイドワイヤ潤滑液を前記潤滑ポートから注入して、前記ガイドワイヤチャネル内の前記ガイドワイヤ、及び前記カテーテルの前記末端チップから突出する前記ガイドワイヤの部分を潤滑するように構成した、該無菌パッケージと、
iii)前記カテーテル及びガイドワイヤを収容する前記無菌パッケージを、収容するための無菌の外部パッケージ(104)と、
を備える尿カテーテル処置キットであり、
前記無菌の外部パッケージは、付加的に少なくとも1個のシリンジ(108)を収容し、前記少なくとも1個のシリンジには予めガイドワイヤ潤滑液を充填する、尿カテーテル処置キット。
