Claims (9)
- 支持チューブの浸漬端部に配置されて、少なくとも一箇所の試料室を有する測定ヘッドを備え、
前記試料室が有する供給管は、第一端部が、当該試料室内に開口しており、第二端部が、前記支持チューブに背を向けた測定ヘッドの前面から突出して保護キャップで被覆された供給口を有するものとしてなる、溶融金属内での試料採取用の測定プローブであって、
前記供給管の外側で前記供給口の上流側に、当該供給口を被覆する保護シールドを、当該供給口から供給方向に距離をおいて配置し、前記保護シールドが、前記供給管を横方向に完全には取り囲まないものとし、前記供給口と前記保護シールドとの間に、前記供給管内への溶融金属の浸入を可能とする側方開口部が形成されることを特徴とする測定プローブ。
- 前記保護シールドを、前記供給口の前記保護キャップに比して、溶融スチールに対する耐性に優れるものとしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の測定プローブ。
- 前記保護シールドを、前記測定ヘッドの前面に配置したことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の測定プローブ。
- 前記保護シールドを、角のあるストリップ状の材料として設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の測定プローブ。
- 前記保護シールドが、金属、セラミック又は石英からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の測定プローブ。
- 保護シールドと供給管との間に、保護シールドの方向で供給管の仮想延長部分の円周をなす表面を設け、該表面を、供給口の表面積より大きくしたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の測定プローブ。
- 供給口と保護シールドとの間の、供給管の方向の距離を、前記供給口の直径の半分以上としたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の測定プローブ。
- 前記供給管及び前記保護シールドを有する前記測定ヘッドの前面を、スラグキャップで覆ったことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の測定プローブ。
- 前記測定ヘッドに、溶融金属の、温度その他のパラメータを測定する少なくとも一個のセンサーを配置したことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の測定プローブ。
