Claims (6)
- 純チタンまたはチタン合金からなる原料粉末に、最大粒子径が10μm以下で、混合粉末全体に対する含有量が重量基準で0.3%〜1.8%となるように用意された酸化チタン粒子を混合する工程と、
前記混合粉末を固相焼結して焼結体を作製する工程と、
前記焼結体に対して熱間塑性加工を施す工程とを備える、チタン基複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記混合工程は、炭素粒子を、混合粉末全体に対して重量基準で0.1%〜1%混合することを含む、請求項1に記載のチタン基複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記炭素粒子は、カーボンブラック、アセチレンブラック、カーボンナノチューブおよびグラフェンからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種である、請求項2に記載のチタン基複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記固相焼結工程は、真空雰囲気またはアルゴンガス雰囲気において行う、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のチタン基複合材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されたチタン基複合材料。
- 請求項2または3に記載の方法によって製造され、前記炭素粒子の炭素は、前記複合材料中において、炭化チタニウムとして存在する、チタン基複合材料。
