Description
式中、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3、Ar4、Ar5は、それぞれ独立して、置換されているか、または置換されていないアリール基をあらわし、または、Ar5は、独立して、置換されているか、または置換されていないアリーレン基をあらわし、kは、0または1をあらわし、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3、Ar4、Ar5のうち、少なくとも2つは、Fg(上に定義したもの)を含む。Ar5は、置換されたフェニル環、置換された/置換されていないフェニレン、置換された/置換されていない一価の結合した芳香族環(例えば、ビフェニル、ターフェニルなど)、または置換された/置換されていない縮合した芳香族環(ナフチル、アントラニル、フェナントリルなど)であってもよい。
式中、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3は、それぞれ独立して、場合により1個以上の置換基を含むアリール基をあらわし、Rは、水素原子、アリール基またはアルキル基をあらわし、場合により置換基を含んでいてもよく;Ar1、Ar2、Ar3のうち、少なくとも2つは、Fg(上に定義したもの)を含む;および関連するオキサジアゾール:
式中、Ar、Ar1は、それぞれ独立して、Fg(上に定義したもの)を含むアリール基をあらわす。
式中、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3、Ar4は、それぞれ独立して、場合により1個以上の置換基を含むアリール基、または場合により1個以上の置換基を含むヘテロ環基をあらわし、Rは、水素原子、アリール基またはアルキル基をあらわし、場合により置換基を含んでいてもよく;Ar1、Ar2、Ar3、Ar4のうち、少なくとも2つは、Fg(上に定義したもの)を含む。
なお、ジフェニルキノンのカルボニル基は、SOF形成プロセス中にFgとしても作用可能であることを注記しておく。
半導体性に偏った、チオフェン/オリゴチオフェン/縮合チオフェンコアセグメントを含む分子ビルディングブロックは、以下のものを含む化学構造のリストから誘導されてもよい。
式中、Arは、それぞれ独立して、場合により1個以上の置換基を含むアリール基、または場合により1個以上の置換基を含むヘテロ環基をあらわす。
また、第1の溶媒、第2の溶媒、第3の溶媒などを含む混合した液体を、反応混合物中で用いてもよい。第1の溶媒は、沸点が第2の溶媒より高くてもよい。「実質的に除去する」は、それぞれの溶媒を少なくとも90%、または約95%除去することを指す。「実質的に残っている」は、それぞれの溶媒が、2%を超えない量で除去されるか、または1%を超えない量で除去されることを指す。
(a)それぞれセグメントと複数のFgとを含む、電荷移動性に偏った特性を有する複数の分子ビルディングブロックを含む液体を含有する反応混合物を調製することと;
(b)この反応混合物を濡れた膜として堆積させることと;
(c)分子ビルディングブロックを含む濡れた膜が、複数のセグメントと複数のリンカーとが共有結合による有機骨格として整列したものを含むSOFを含む乾燥膜へと変化することを促進させることとによって調製されてもよく、巨視的なレベルで、この共有結合による有機骨格が膜である。
(a)それぞれセグメントと複数のFgとを含む、電荷移動性に偏った特性を有する複数の分子ビルディングブロックを含む液体を含有する反応混合物を調製することと;
(b)この反応混合物を濡れた膜として堆積させることと;
(c)分子ビルディングブロックを含む濡れた膜が、複数のセグメントと複数のリンカーとが共有結合による有機骨格として整列したものを含むSOFを含む乾燥膜へと変化することを促進させることとによって調製されてもよく、巨視的なレベルで、この共有結合による有機骨格が膜である。
キャッピングされたSOF OCLのBCR摩耗データは、(両方の種類のキャッピングユニットについて)キャッピングユニットの保持量という観点で、最も大きな摩耗率を示す。高保持量と低保持量とで、摩耗の程度および違いは小さく、このことは、キャッピングユニット保持量をさらに増やすことによって摩耗率が大きくなることにはかなりの自由度が存在することを示しており、また、必要なHTMの量(費用)を下げるだろう。
Claims (10)
- インクによるデジタル印刷のための画像形成体であって、
基板と;
電荷発生層と;
電荷移動層と;
場合により、オーバーコート層とを備えており;
前記画像形成体の最も外側の層が、複数のセグメントと、複数のリンカーとが共有結合による有機骨格(COF)として整列したものを含む規則的な構造の有機膜(SOF)を含む画像形成表面であり、
前記複数のセグメントが、下記式:
式中、Ar 1 、Ar 2 、Ar 3 、およびAr 4 はそれぞれ独立してアリール基をあらわし、Ar 5 はアリール基またはアリーレン基をあらわし;kは0または1をあらわし;Ar 1 、Ar 2 、Ar 3 、Ar 4 、およびAr 5 のうち少なくとも2つが前記複数のリンカーのいずれかと接続している、セグメントを含む、画像形成体。 - 前記電荷移動層が前記最も外側の層であり、前記電荷移動層が、10〜40μmの厚みである、請求項1に記載の画像形成体。
- 前記電荷発生層と前記電荷移動層とがあわさって、10〜40μmの厚みを有する単一層になっている、請求項1に記載の画像形成体。
- 前記単一層が、前記最も外側の層である、請求項3に記載の画像形成体。
- 前記電荷発生層が、400nm〜800nmの電磁放射線を吸収する、請求項1に記載の画像形成体。
- 前記SOFがコンポジットSOFである、請求項1に記載の画像形成体。
- 前記SOFが、加えられる機能として電気活性を有する、請求項1に記載の画像形成体。
- 加えられる機能である前記電気活性が、正孔移動性または電子移動性である、請求項7に記載の画像形成体。
- 前記SOF骨格が、キャッピングユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の画像形成体。
- オーバーコート層を含み、前記最も外側の層が前記オーバーコート層であり、前記オーバーコート層が、1〜10μmの厚みである、請求項1に記載の画像形成体。
