Claims (4)
- 回転軸周りに回転可能な芯金と、
前記芯金の外周側のボンド層と、
前記ボンド層の外周面に固着された複数の超砥粒と、
を備えたロータリドレッサであって、
複数の前記超砥粒が集合した島領域が前記ボンド層の前記外周面に異なる前記島領域の前記超砥粒同士が互いに接しないように間隔をおいて複数設けられており、
前記島領域は、前記ボンド層の前記外周面において前記ロータリドレッサの回転方向に対して傾斜した複数の島領域配列線に沿った列をなして配置されており、
前記島領域配列線同士の間には、異なる前記列に配置された前記島領域同士が互いに接しないように所定の距離の間隔が設けられている、ロータリドレッサ。 - 前記島領域の複数の前記島領域配列線に沿った列それぞれは、断続的に配置されている、請求項1に記載のロータリドレッサ。
- 前記島領域には2〜15個の前記超砥粒が集合している、請求項1又は2に記載のロータリドレッサ。
- 前記ボンド層の前記外周面は、ドレッシングを行う砥石の所望の形状に合わせた起伏を有する、請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載のロータリドレッサ。
