Claims (8)
- パイプ(102)であって半径方向外向きに延びる2以上のパイプピン(104)を含むパイプ(102)と、
フランジ(106)であって半径方向内向きに延びる4以上のフランジピン(108)を含むフランジ(106)と、
前記パイプ(102)とフランジ(106)の間に配置されて前記フランジ(106)に対する前記パイプ(102)の回転を制限するロックスリーブ(110)と
を含む回転防止フランジ−パイプ組立体であって、
前記ロックスリーブ(110)が、前記ロックスリーブ(110)の第1の端部(112)内に設けられかつ前記2以上のパイプピン(104)を受けるように構成された2以上の開口部(116)であって第1の端部(112)を半径方向に貫通する2以上の開口部(116)と、前記ロックスリーブ(110)の第2の端部(114)内に設けられかつ前記4以上のフランジピン(108)を受けるように構成された4以上の開口部(118)であって第2の端部(114)に半径方向に部分的にしか貫入しないポケットを含む4以上の開口部(118)とを含む、回転防止フランジ−パイプ組立体。 - 前記ロックスリーブ(110)の第1の端部(112)内の2以上の開口部(116)が、互いに180°離れて配置された2つの開口部(116)からなる、請求項1記載の回転防止フランジ−パイプ組立体。
- 前記ロックスリーブ(110)の第1の端部(112)内の2以上の開口部(116)が、前記ロックスリーブ(110)の第1の端部(112)から前記第2の端部(114)に向けて長手方向に延びるスロットを含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の回転防止フランジ−パイプ組立体。
- 前記ロックスリーブ(110)の第2の端部(114)内の4以上の開口部(118)が、前記ロックスリーブ(110)の第1の端部(112)内の2以上の開口部(116)に対して千鳥配置される、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の回転防止フランジ−パイプ組立体。
- 前記第2の端部(114)内の4以上の開口部(118)が、互いに90°離れて配置された4つの開口部(118)からなる、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の回転防止フランジ−パイプ組立体。
- 前記ロックスリーブ(110)が、前記フランジ(106)に対してパイプ(102)の限られた動きが可能となるようにロックスリーブ(110)と前記フランジ(106)との間及びロックスリーブと前記パイプ(102)との間に間隙を形成する寸法をもつ、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の回転防止フランジ−パイプ組立体。
- 前記ロックスリーブ(110)の第2の端部(114)内のポケットが、1以上の湾曲端縁部(122)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の回転防止フランジ−パイプ組立体。
- 前記ロックスリーブ(110)の第2の端部(114)の外径が、前記ロックスリーブ(110)の第1の端部(112)の外径よりも大きい、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の回転防止フランジ−パイプ組立体。
