Claims (6)
- ハウジング(10)と、脈動する排気出口流量を発生する回転モーター(13)と、圧力空気入口通路(11)と、排気出口通路(12)と、実際のモーターの状態及び/又は動作パラメータ値に応じた信号を通信する電圧依存手段(32)と、前記電圧依存手段(32)に接続された電圧発生手段(34)とを備える空気圧式モーターユニットにおいて、
前記電圧発生手段(34)が、
排気出口通路(12)に配置され且つモーター(13)からの脈動する排気出口流量の圧力パルスに晒され、電圧を発生するように構成された圧電要素(35)と、
前記圧電要素(35)に接続され且つ前記電圧を電圧依存手段(32)に連通する電気回路(39)と、
を備えることを特徴とするモーターユニット。 - 前記圧電要素(35)が、モーター(13)の一端部で堅固に固定され弾性的に屈曲可能で且つ反対の自由端部で可動な舌状の形状を有し、圧力パルスが前記舌状圧電要素(35)を中央静止位置から反対方向に揺動するよう作動させ、それよって交流電圧を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーターユニット。
- 回転モーター(13)が、回転子(16)を備えたベーンモーター、シリンダー(17)及び2つの相対する端部壁(20、21)から構成され、シリンダー(17)が排気出口開口部(30)を1つ以上有し、前記1つ以上の排気出口開口部(30)のうち1つの開口部の反対側に前記圧電要素(35)を配置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のモーターユニット。
- 排気出口流量の圧力パルスが直接的にモーター回転子(16)の回転動作に関わって、前記圧電要素(35)で発生される交流電圧が、圧力パルスの周波数に及び従ってモーター回転子(16)の回転動作に一致する周波数を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーターユニット。
- 電子動作監視ユニット(42)が、排気出口流量の圧力パルス数及び後続の電圧変動を介してモーター回転子(16)でカバーされた回転角度を計算するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のモーターユニット。
- 回転モーター(13)が、一回転当り特定数の圧力パルスを発生させ、また動作監視ユニット(42)が、各時間単位で前記特定数の圧力パルスの倍数をカウントすることによって単位時間当りの回転数で回転子速度を計算するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のモーターユニット。
