Claims (5)
- 薬物送達装置であり、生体管腔内へ導入するための経口摂取可能なカプセルであって:
開口部を有する第1部分、及び前記第1部分に固定された第2部分を有するハウジングと;
前記開口部に流動体によって連絡する前記カプセルの前記第1部分と前記カプセルの前記第2部分とを形成するための、前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間に固定された可撓性の壁であって、前記可撓性の壁は、前記第2部分から前記第1部分を塞ぎ、かつ前記第1部分は、物質で少なくとも部分的に充填されるリザーバーを形成する、可撓性の壁と;
前記第1部分の体積を減少させるようにピストンを前記可撓性の壁に押し当て、その結果、前記カプセルの前記第1部分の前記開口部を通して前記リザーバーから前記物質を放出するようにされる前記カプセルの前記第2部分に置かれた駆動機構と;
当該カプセルが前記駆動機構を制御する、前記第2部分に置かれた電子回路部品と;
を有する、経口摂取可能なカプセル。 - 前記ハウジングの前記第1部分が突出部を含み、前記ハウジングの前記第2部分がくぼみを含み、前記可撓性の壁が、前記突出部の前記くぼみ内への挿入によって前記ハウジングの前記第1部分と前記ハウジングの前記第2部分の間で固定され、その結果、前記ハウジングの前記第1部分を前記ハウジングの前記第2部分に固定する、請求項1に記載の経口摂取可能なカプセル。
- 前記ピストンにはねじ穴が設けられ、前記ピストンは、電気モーター上に取り付けられた前記駆動機構のねじ込み要素によって駆動される、請求項1又は2に記載の経口摂取可能なカプセル。
- 前記リザーバーからの前記物質の放出中に前記可撓性の壁に接触する前記ピストンの表面の一部が、低摩擦材料を含む、請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項に記載の経口摂取可能なカプセル。
- 請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載のカプセル、及び、前記電子回路部品と連絡するようされた外部装置を含んだ、生体内での薬物送達又は診断システム。
