Claims (3)
- プレス装置と、
前記プレス装置に、グランドから絶縁されるように絶縁材を介してそれぞれ配置された一対の金型と、
前記一対の金型によって形成された成形部と、
前記一対の金型のうち一方の金型において、当該一方の金型の前記成形部を挟むように、前記成形部の両側に設けられた電極と、
前記成形部の両側に設けられた電極に電気的に接続され、前記電極間に周波数が10kHz以上の高周波電流を流すことができる高周波電流発生装置と、
を備えた、樹脂成形装置。 - プレス装置と、
前記プレス装置に、グランドから絶縁されるように絶縁材を介してそれぞれ配置された一対の金型と、
前記一対の金型によって形成された成形部と、
前記一対の金型のうち一方の金型において、当該一方の金型の前記成形部を挟むように、前記成形部の両側に設けられた電極と、
前記成形部の両側に設けられた電極に電気的に接続され、前記電極間に周波数が10kHz以上の高周波電流を流すことができる高周波電流発生装置と、
を備え、
前記一対の金型は、それぞれ前記成形部を挟む両側に電極が設けられており、
前記高周波電流発生装置は、一対の金型の成形部を挟む両側の電極に並列に接続されている、樹脂成形装置。 - それぞれグランドから絶縁されるように絶縁材を介して配置された一対の金型の成形部に、熱可塑性の樹脂材料を配置する工程と、
前記一対の金型のうち少なくとも一方の金型において、前記成形部に配置された熱可塑性の樹脂材料をプレスするとともに、前記成形部を挟むように前記成形部の両側にそれぞれ設けられた電極を通じて、前記一対の金型に周波数が10kHz以上の高周波電流を流すことによって、前記一対の金型の表皮部分を発熱させて、前記成形部に配置された熱可塑性の樹脂材料を成形する工程と、
を備えた、樹脂成形方法。
