Claims (15)
- スピネル構造を有するマンガンを備えるリチウム酸化物、ラメラ構造を有するリチウム酸化物及びそれらの混合物から選択された材料を備える正極、
炭素系材料、リチウムチタン複合酸化物、二酸化チタン及びそれらの混合物から選択された材料を備える負極、並びに、
前記正極と前記負極との間に備えられた電解質、
を備える少なくとも一つの第一の電気化学電池セル、並びに、
MがMn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Mg、Zn、V、Ca、Sr、Ba、Ti、Al、Si、B及びMoから選択された元素を表し、XがP、Si、Ge、S及びAsから選択された元素を表し、y、z及びnが正の整数であるときに、化学式LiMy(XOz)nのポリアニオン構造を有するリチウム酸化物から選択された材料を備える正極、
リチウムチタン複合酸化物、二酸化チタン及びそれらの混合物から選択された材料を備える負極、並びに、
前記正極と前記負極との間に備えられた電解質、
を備える少なくとも一つの第二の電気化学電池セルを備え、
前記第一の電気化学電池セルの少なくとも一つ及び前記第二の電気化学電池セルの少なくとも一つが、一方の面上に前記第一の電気化学電池セルの電極を支持し、もう一方の面上に前記第二の電気化学電池セルの電極を支持する導電性基板を介して互いに結合された、電気化学ジェネレータ。 - スピネル構造を有するマンガンを備える前記リチウム酸化物が、次の化学式Li1−aNi0.5−bMn1.5−cO4−dに合致する構造を有し、ここでa、b、c及びdが−0.5と+0.5の間の値である、請求項1に記載のジェネレータ。
- スピネル構造を有するマンガンを備える前記リチウム酸化物が、LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4である、請求項1または2に記載のジェネレータ。
- スピネル構造を有するマンガンを備える前記リチウム酸化物が、LiMn2O4又はLiNiMnO4である、請求項1または2に記載のジェネレータ。
- ラメラ構造を有する前記リチウム酸化物が、次の化学式LiMO2に合致する構造を有し、ここでMがNi、Co、Mn、Al及びそれらの混合物から選択された元素である、請求項1に記載のジェネレータ。
- ラメラ構造を有する前記リチウム酸化物が、次の化学式LiM2O3に合致する構造を有し、ここでMがNi、Co、Mn、Al及びそれらの混合物から選択された元素である、請求項1に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記第一の電気化学電池セルの正極が、請求項5において規定されたLiMO2及び請求項6において規定されたLiM2O3の混合物からなる材料である、請求項1に記載のジェネレータ。
- ポリアニオン構造を有する前記リチウム酸化物が、LiFePO4である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記炭素系材料が、炭素、または炭素及びSn、Siから選択された化学元素を備える複合材料である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記炭素系材料が、グラファイトの形状である炭素である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記リチウムチタン複合酸化物が、Li4Ti5O12である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のジェネレータ。
- LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4からなる正極及びグラファイトからなる負極を備える少なくとも一つの前記第一の電気化学電池セル、並びにLiFePO4からなる正極及びLi4Ti5O12からなる負極を備える少なくとも一つの前記第二の電気化学電池セル、を備える、請求項1に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記導電性基板が、アルミニウムである、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記電解質が、イオン液体である、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記第一の電気化学電池セルへの電気的接続及び前記第二の電気化学電池セルへの電気的接続が提供される、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のジェネレータ。
