Claims (7)
- ユーザがプログラミング可能な被電力供給デバイスにおける電力消費サイクルをスケジュールするためにコンピュータが実行する方法であって、
複数のデバイス特有の必要な電力消費キャパシティに関するデータ要求(CCD要求)を受取るステップであって、各CCD要求は被電力供給デバイスに一意的に対応し且つその対応するデバイスに対して必要な電力消費キャパシティおよび電力消費期間を指定する、ステップと、
複数のCCD要求に応答して、ネットワーク・ノードの利用可能なキャパシティが記録されたキャパシティテーブルを参照し、各デバイスが通信可能にリンクされた電力供給ネットワークの所定のキャパシティ制約の影響下で、ユーザによるプログラミングに関し、どの要求が許可され得るかを判断するステップと、
許可されたCCD要求に対応する各デバイスに、対応する電力消費サイクルを始めるための開始時刻を表わす信号を送ることにより、ユーザによるプログラミングに従ったスケジューリングを、当該開始時刻から実行させるステップと、
前記デバイスの少なくとも1つに通信可能にリンクされたメータにおいて少なくとも1つのCCD要求を受取るステップと、
1つまたは複数個の前のCCD要求が前記メータにおいて許可されている場合、前記少なくとも1つのCCD要求が、前記メータの上限キャパシティを超えることなく、前記メータにおいて許可され得る事前指定された期間における時刻が使用可能であるかどうかを判断するステップと
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのCCD要求が、前記メータの上限キャパシティを超えることなく、前記メータにおいて許可され得るということが決定される場合、複数のメータに通信可能にリンクされたステーションに前記少なくとも1つのCCD要求を送るステップと、
前記ステーションにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのCCD要求が、前記電力供給ネットワークの所定のキャパシティ制約を超えることなく許可され得るかどうかを判断するステップと、
前記ステーションにおいて前記CCD要求が許可された場合に、前記メータにおいて、前記キャパシティテーブルを、許可された前記CCD要求に基づいて更新するステップと
を更に含む、方法。 - 前記判断するステップは、前記所定のキャパシティ制約の影響下で許可され得る要求の最大数を決定するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも幾つかの被電力供給デバイスに通信可能にリンクされたメータにおいてCCDスケジューリング・テーブルを保持するステップと、
前記メータに通信可能にリンクされたデバイスによる電力消費サイクルを始めるための開始時刻を表わす信号を前記メータにおいて受取ったことに応答して前記スケジューリング・テーブルを更新するステップと
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 許可されたCCD要求に対応するデバイスにおいて次に生じるべき消費サイクルをスケジュールするステップを更に含み、前記スケジュールするステップは、対応する電力消費サイクルを始めるための開始時刻を表わす信号に基づく、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ユーザがプログラミング可能な被電力供給デバイスにおける電力消費サイクルをスケジュールするためのシステムであって、
電力供給ネットワークによって供給された電力によって駆動されるように構成された被電力供給デバイスと、
前記被電力供給デバイスに通信可能にリンクされ、前記電力供給ネットワークからの電力の割振りを要求する消費サイクル・データ(CCD)要求を生成するように構成されたCCD要求モジュールと、
前記被電力供給デバイスに電気的に接続され、動作時に電力を前記被電力供給デバイスに送る電力供給ネットワーク・ノードと、
前記CCD要求モジュールに通信可能にリンクされ、ネットワーク・ノードの利用可能なキャパシティが記録されたキャパシティテーブルを参照し、電力の割振りを求める要求が所定のキャパシティ制約の影響下でユーザによるプログラミングに関して許可され得るかどうかを判断するように構成されたCCD応答モジュールと、
前記CCD要求が所定のキャパシティ制約の影響下でユーザによるプログラミングが許可され得るということをCCD応答が表わす場合、前記CCD応答に基づいて、ユーザによるプログラミングに従い、次に生じるべき消費サイクルの開始時刻を決定するCCD要求モジュールと、
を含み、
前記電力供給ネットワーク・ノードには、前記被電力供給デバイスの少なくとも1つに通信可能にリンクされたメータと、複数のメータに通信可能にリンクされたステーションとが含まれ、
前記CCD応答モジュールは、電力の割振りを求める前記要求が、他の被電力供給デバイスから受取られた電力の割振りを求める事前に許可された要求のスケジュールに前記要求を比較すること、および、前記比較の結果に基づいて、電力の割振りを求める前記要求が、前記メータの所定の上限キャパシティである前記所定のキャパシティ制約の影響下で許可され得るかどうかを、前記メータに接続された他の被電力供給デバイスからの電力の割振りを求める既に許可された要求のスケジュールに基づいて判断すること、によって許可され得るかどうかを判断するように構成され、
前記メータの上限キャパシティを超えることなく被電力供給デバイスに電力を割振り得る少なくとも1つの時刻が存在する場合、前記メータは、前記ステーションにCCD要求を送り、前記ステーションにおいて前記CCD要求が許可されたときは、前記キャパシティテーブルを、許可された前記CCD要求に基づいて更新するように構成される、システム。 - 前記CCD応答モジュールは、電力の割振りを求める要求が許可される場合、前記スケジュールを更新するように更に構成される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法のステップを実行させるための、装置実行可能なコンピュータ・プログラム。
