Description
EPDM(住友化学社製の「エスプレン505A」)53.2wt%にゴム配合油(出光興産社製の「ダイアナプロセスオイル」)1.6wt%、酸化亜鉛2.66wt%、ステアリン酸0.53wt%、炭酸カルシウム(ホワイトンBF−300)26.6wt%、シリカ(日本シリカ工業(株)製のニプシルVN3)を2.66wt%、5%油入り硫黄0.53wt%および加硫促進剤(大内新興化学工業社製の「ノクセラー」)0.53wt%をそれぞれ配合した母材を用意する。
作製したサンプルシートを1日室温内に放置して、親水性材料をブリードアウトさせたのち、水道水に浸漬し、加硫ゴムシートを水中から取り上げ、約10秒間保持して水滴が落ちきったことを確認し、その重量を測定して、浸漬前後の重量から保水量を計測した。
以下に、実施例および比較例の測定結果を示す。

Claims (6)
- 人工芝のパイル間に充填される粒状物からなる人工芝用充填材において、
ブリードアウト型の親水性材料が練り込まれた合成樹脂材の成形体からなることを特徴とする人工芝用充填材。
- 上記合成樹脂材に対して上記親水性材料が1〜5wt%配合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工芝用充填材。
- 上記親水性材料として界面活性剤が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の人工芝用充填材。
- 平均粒径が2mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1,2または3に記載の人工芝用充填材。
- 上記合成樹脂材が、ゴムまたは熱可塑性エラストマーからなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の人工芝用充填材。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の人工芝用充填材を少なくとも表層に充填してなる人工芝構造体。
