Description
容易に再凝集する性質を持っており、分散状態を保持できないのが現状である。
ここで、R1およびR2は、それぞれ独立に、水素原子、または、炭素数1〜6のアルキル基である。
Zは下記に示す置換基のいずれかを表す。)

本発明で用いられるダイヤモンド構造を有する微粒子は、粒径ナノメーター単位の超微粒子ダイヤモンド(以下UDD)微粒子であることが好ましい。
本発明で用いられるビスフェノールスルホン酸ポリマーは、スルホン酸基(−SO3H、または、−SO3Na)を分子中に含むビスフェノール型骨格を有するポリマーである。これらは、単独で、または2種以上を混合して用いることができる。ビスフェノールスルホン酸ポリマーは、以下に述べる、一般式(1)で表される構造単位と、一般式(2)で表される構造単位とを有するポリマーが好ましく、更に好ましくは一般式(3)で表される構造単位と、一般式(4)で表される構造単位とを有するポリマー、および、一般式(5)で表されるポリマーのいずれかである。
本発明で用いられる含窒素カチオン性ポリマーは、水中で解離したとき陽イオンとなるものであり、第四級アンモニウム塩系ポリマーが好ましく、代表的なものとしては、ポリジアリルジアルキルアンモニウムクロライド、ジアリルアミン塩酸塩・アクリルアミド共重合物、ジシアンジアミド・ポリアルキレンポリアミン重縮合物、または、ジアルキルアミン・アンモニア・エピクロルヒドリン重縮合物等が挙げられる。

本発明に利用できる媒体は、親水性の媒体が好ましく、水、水系有機溶媒、親水性の官能基を有するバインダー樹脂などに好適に用いられる。しかし、非親水性と称される溶媒やバインダー樹脂を用いても、UDD同士が凝集しにくい分散状態となるので、分散体を全く使わない系に比べると、良好な結果を与える。
ビスパーズP125(ビスフェノールS型スルホン酸ポリマー)(日本製紙ケミカル株式会社製:重量平均分子量1万)
WSR−SP28(ビスフェノールS型スルホン酸ポリマー)(小西化学工業株式会社製:重量平均分子量1.8万)
それぞれに対し、混合時の粗大粒子除去を目的として、ブランソン社超音波ホモジナイザーModel450Dを用い、連続発振振幅値100%、消費電力150Wのエネルギーで10分間分散を行った。その後この分散液に1M/Lの塩酸を加え、系を安定化させたのちに粒度・PH・粘度の分散体特性を計測し、判断した。実施例1〜10は、ナノダイヤモンド粒子、ビスフェノールスルホン酸ポリマー、含窒素カチオン性ポリマーの3成分を含む分散体が、水素イオン濃度7以上であっても7未満の場合であっても非常に安定でナノ分散が維持できていることが証明された。
Claims (10)
- ダイヤモンド構造を有する微粒子と、ビスフェノールスルホン酸ポリマー(1)と、含窒素カチオン性ポリマー(2)と、媒体とを含む分散体。
- 媒体が、有機溶剤または水である請求項1記載の分散体。
- ダイヤモンド構造を有する微粒子が、レーザー光回折・散乱を測定原理とした粒度分布計で測定したときの、メジアン径が、4〜100nmである請求項1または2記載の分散体
- ビスフェノールスルホン酸ポリマーの重量平均分子量が、5,000〜30,000である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の分散体。
- ビスフェノールスルホン酸ポリマーが、ダイヤモンド構造を有する微粒子の総重量100部に対し20重量部から50重量部の範囲で含まれている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の分散体。
- 含窒素カチオン性ポリマーが、ポリジアリルジアルキルアンモニウムクロライド、ジアリルアミン硫酸塩・アクリルアミド共重合物、ジシアンジアミド・ポリアルキレンポリアミン重縮合物、および、ジアルキルアミン・アンモニア・エピクロルヒドリン重縮合物からなる群から選択されるいずれかのうち少なくとも1つである請求項1〜8いずれか一項に記載の分散体。
- 含窒素カチオン性ポリマーが、ダイヤモンド構造を有する微粒子の総重量100部に対し50重量部から500重量部の範囲で含まれている請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の分散体。
