Description

Claims (14)
- エンジンに結合されるスーパーターボチャージャであって、
前記エンジンによって生じた排気ガスのエンタルピーからタービン回転機械エネルギーを発生させるタービンと、
前記タービン回転機械エネルギーと、前記エンジンによって発生したエンジン回転機械エネルギーとに応答して、吸気を圧縮して圧縮空気を前記エンジンに供給する圧縮機と、
前記タービン及び前記圧縮機に接続される端部と、シャフトトラクション面を有する中央部とを有するシャフトと、
少なくとも2つの可変径遊星ローラを有する遊星トラクションドライブであって、前記遊星トラクションドライブが遊星キャリヤを有し、前記可変径遊星ローラが前記遊星キャリヤの上に設置され、前記遊星トラクションドライブが前記シャフトトラクション面の周りに配置され、前記可変径遊星ローラが、前記シャフトトラクション面と整合する第1の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面を有し、それにより、第1の複数のトラクション境界面が、前記第1の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面と前記シャフトトラクション面との間に存在し、前記トラクションドライブが、前記可変径遊星ローラの第2の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面を通じて第2の複数のトラクション境界面をもたらすように前記可変径遊星ローラによって回転するリングローラをさらに備える、遊星トラクションドライブと、
前記リングローラ及び前記エンジンに機械的に結合され、前記エンジンの作動条件に応じて、前記エンジンに前記タービン回転機械エネルギーの一部を、又は前記遊星トラクションドライブに前記エンジン回転機械エネルギーの一部を伝達する、無段変速機と、
を備える、スーパーターボチャージャ。 - 前記無段変速機が、トラクションドライブ無段変速機を備える、請求項1に記載のスーパーターボチャージャ。
- 前記無段変速機が、遊星ボールベアリングトラクションドライブ無段変速機を備える、請求項2に記載のスーパーターボチャージャ。
- 前記遊星トラクションドライブが、少なくとも3つの遊星ローラを有する、請求項1に記載のスーパーターボチャージャ。
- 前記リングローラが、前記第2の複数のトラクション境界面をもたらすために、前記第2の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面と整合するリングローラトラクション面を有する、請求項1に記載のスーパーターボチャージャ。
- 前記リングローラが、前記第2の複数のトラクション境界面をもたらすために、前記第1の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面よりも小さい直径を有する、前記第2の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面と整合するリングローラトラクション面を有する、請求項1に記載のスーパーターボチャージャ。
- スーパーターボチャージャとエンジンとの間で回転機械エネルギーを伝達する方法であって、
前記エンジンによって生じた排気ガスのエンタルピーからタービンにタービン回転機械エネルギーを発生させるステップ(a)と、
前記タービン回転機械エネルギーと、前記エンジンによって発生したエンジン回転機械エネルギーとに応答して、前記エンジンに圧縮空気を供給するために圧縮機を用いて吸気を圧縮するステップ(b)と、
前記タービン及び前記圧縮機に接続される端部と、シャフトトラクション面を有する中央部とを有するシャフトを提供するステップ(c)と、
前記シャフトトラクション面に少なくとも3つの可変径遊星ローラを有する遊星トラクションドライブを機械的に結合するステップ(d)であって、前記遊星トラクションドライブが遊星キャリヤを有し、前記可変径遊星ローラが前記遊星キャリヤの上に設置される、ステップ(d)と、
前記可変径遊星ローラの第1の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面を前記シャフトトラクション面と接触して配置するステップ(e)であって、それにより、第1の複数のトラクション境界面が、前記第1の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面と前記シャフトトラクション面との間にもたらされる、ステップ(e)と、
リングローラを前記可変径遊星ローラの第2の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面と接触して配置するステップ(f)であって、それにより、第2の複数のトラクション境界面が、前記可変径遊星ローラと前記リングローラとの間にもたらされる、ステップ(f)と、
前記エンジンの作動条件に応じて、前記エンジンに前記タービン回転機械エネルギーの一部を、又は前記遊星トラクションドライブに前記エンジン回転機械エネルギーの一部を伝達するために、前記リングローラ及び前記エンジンに無段変速機を機械的に結合するステップ(g)と、
を含む、方法。 - 少なくとも1つの機械装置を通じて回転機械エネルギーを伝達するステップ(h)をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(h)が、車両のトランスミッションに回転機械エネルギーを伝達するステップ(h1)をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(h)が、車両の推進トレーンに回転機械エネルギーを伝達するステップ(h2)をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(f)が、前記第2の複数のトラクション境界面をもたらすために、前記リングローラのリングローラトラクション面を前記第2の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面と接触して配置するステップ(f1)をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(f)が、前記第2の複数のトラクション境界面をもたらすために、前記リングローラのリングローラトラクション面を、前記第1の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面よりも小さい直径を有する、前記第2の複数の遊星ローラトラクション面と接触して配置するステップ(f2)をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(g)が、前記リングローラにトラクションドライブ無段変速機を機械的に結合するステップ(g1)をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(g1)が、前記リングローラに遊星ボールベアリング無段変速機を機械的に結合するステップ(g1a)をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
