Description
まず、0.1mm〜10mmの粒状物が混在する廃棄物、鉱石を分離対象物として用いた。廃棄物、鉱石などの分離対象物を、原料供給口2から容器内へ投入した。そして、気体分散板を介して分離層内へ気体を導入した。導入する気体の調整は、分離対象物が流動化するか否かを観察しながら行った。分離対象物が流動化すると、比重差やサイズ差により、飛散するもの、浮揚するもの、沈降するものに分かれることが観察された。

Claims (4)
- 容器と、前記容器に分離対象物を投入するための原料供給口と、前記容器内に設けられた、分離対象物を流動化及び/又は循環させる分離層と、前記分離層の底部に設けた気体分散板と、前記気体分散板を介して前記分離層内へ気体を導入する気体導入管と、前記分離層内に少なくとも収集手段の第一の管の一部が入り込むように配置された第一の分離対象物収集手段であって、高さ調整が可能な前記第一の管を有する、沈降した前記分離対象物回収用の第一の分離対象物収集手段と、前記分離層の上部に配置された、飛散した前記分離対象物回収用の第二の分離対象物収集手段と、前記分離層内に少なくとも収集手段の第二の管の一部が前記分離層内に入り込むように配置された第三の分離対象物収集手段であって、高さ調整可能な前記第二の管を有する、浮揚した前記分離対象物回収用の第三の分離対象物収集手段とを含み、前記気体分散板を通じて導入した気体によって前記分離対象物を流動化させることにより前記分離対象物を分離することを特徴とする乾式分離装置。
- 前記気体分散板を通じて発生した気体によって前記分離対象物を循環させることにより前記分離対象物を分離することを特徴とする請求項1記載の乾式分離装置。
- 前記気体導入管が複数である請求項1又は2項に記載の装置。
- 前記気体分散板が水平面から傾斜している請求項1〜3項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
