式中、Xが、−NH2、−NHR’、−COOH、−PO3H3、−OPO3H3、−SiCl3、−SiCl(CH3)2、−SiCl2CH3、−Si(OCH3)3、−SiCl3、−Si(OC2H5)3、−SH、−CONHOH、−NCO、(−C6H4N3)、およびベンゾトリアゾイルからなる群から選択され、RおよびR’が、独立して、約3個から約32個までの炭素原子を含めた1個から約60個までの炭素原子を含有する炭化水素基である構造を有することができる。複数の実施形態において、Rは、直鎖アルキル基、分枝アルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アリール基、アルキルアリール基、アリールアルキル基などからなる群から選択される。典型的な表面改質剤としては、一級および二級有機アミン類、カルボン酸類、チオール類、および約3個から約32個までの炭素原子を含む有機シラン類が挙げられる。
Claims (8)
- 40重量%〜60重量%の銀ナノ粒子と、表面改質剤と、炭化水素溶媒と、アルコール補助溶媒とを含む第1の液体組成物であって、前記炭化水素溶媒対前記アルコール補助溶媒の重量比が5:1〜1:2の範囲である前記第1の液体組成物を準備するステップと、
前記第1の液体組成物を基板上に付着させて第1の形体を形成し、前記表面改質剤が前記第1の形体の周囲に改質された領域を作り出すようにするステップと、
第2の液体組成物を前記第1の形体の周囲の前記改質された領域の上にまたはそれに隣接して付着させて第2の形体を形成するステップと、
を含む基板上にチャネルを形成するための方法であって、前記第2の液体組成物を前記改質された領域によってはじき、前記第1の形体と前記第2の形体との間にチャネルを形成し、
前記第1の液体組成物と前記第2の液体組成物とは同じ組成物であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記表面改質剤が、有機アミンであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記第1の液体組成物が、前記銀ナノ粒子に加え更に金属ナノ粒子または金属酸化物ナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記基板が親水性表面を有しており、前記基板が高温であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記有機アミンが、ドデシルアミン、トリデシルアミン、テトラデシルアミン、ペンタデシルアミン、及びヘキサデシルアミンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法であって、前記金属ナノ粒子は、Au,Cu,Pt,Pd,及びNiからなる群から選択される金属を含み、
前記金属酸化物ナノ粒子は、Al 2 O 3 ,TiO 2 ,SiO 2 ,ZrO 2 ,ZnO 2 ,CuO,Fe 2 O 3 ,SnO 2 ,インジウムスズ酸化物,及びアンチモンスズ酸化物からなる群から選択される金属酸化物を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記表面改質剤は、前記第1の液体組成物の0.01重量%〜20重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記炭化水素溶媒はドデカンであり、前記アルコール補助溶媒はテルピネオールであることを特徴とする方法。
