Description
a)少なくとも第1の光学効果を有する第1の基板を用意するステップと、

記号および$記号の付いた隠しフレークは、第2の接着剤層中の青から赤の色シフト・フレークの上の接着剤材料の中に配置されている。ここで、ポーカ・チップには、色シフト・フレークの背景にミロのビーナスのホログラフ・イメージがある。隠しフレークは、100倍の拡大で見ることができるが、拡大無しでは見えない。この実施形態は、特殊効果フレークを含む接着剤を使用して、色シフト、ホログラフ効果および隠し記号を組み合わせる。

Claims (14)
- 第1の基板と、ホット・スタンプ接着剤層だけで前記第1の基板に付着された第2の基板とを備えた光学的可変効果を実現する物品であって、前記ホット・スタンプ接着剤層が、エネルギー活性化結合剤と、前記第1の基板を通して検出可能な前記光学的可変効果を実現するために、前記エネルギー活性化結合剤中に分散されている複数の色シフト・フレークとを含み、前記色シフト・フレークは直径が、または表面の端から端までが、少なくとも5ミクロンであり、前記色シフト・フレークは入射光の角度の変化と共に色を変化するものである、物品。
- 前記第1の基板にまたは前記第1の基板上の層にホログラム、キネグラム、または回折格子構造の回折構造をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記第1の基板が、前記回折構造と前記ホット・スタンプ接着剤層の間に配置された高屈折率層または部分的に脱金属化された金属層を有する、請求項2に記載の物品。
- 前記第1または第2の基板が、薄膜干渉スタック、反射塗膜、高屈折率塗膜、および前記第1または第2の基板上のパターン形成された剥離層のうちの少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記エネルギー活性化結合剤が、ポリメタクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアミド、ニトロセルロース、アルキド樹脂、ポリビニル・アルコール、ポリビニル・アセテート、およびポリウレタンのグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記複数の色シフト・フレークで実現される前記光学的可変効果が、検出可能である、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記フレークは、薄膜光干渉フレーク、回折フレーク、記号若しくは表示の付いたフレーク、形が一様なフレーク、磁気フレーク、金属・誘電体フレーク、完全誘電体フレーク、マイカ・ベースのフレーク、または液晶ベースのフレークである、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記第1または第2の基板が、光透過基板、透明な基板、PET基板、高屈折率塗膜、保護塗膜、剥離塗膜、または紙片である、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記第1の基板が、前記エネルギー活性化結合剤で覆われない少なくとも1つの領域を有し、そのため、前記少なくとも1つの領域が前記ホット・スタンプ接着剤層によって前記第2の基板に結合されない、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記ホット・スタンプ接着剤層が、第1および第2の接着剤部分層を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が、セキュリティ・スレッドを形成する、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 請求項1に記載の物品を形成する方法であって、
a.第1の基板、前記第1の基板上のエネルギー活性化結合剤を含むホット・スタンプ接着剤、および前記第1の基板を通して検出可能な前記光学的可変効果を実現するために、前記エネルギー活性化結合剤中に分散されている複数の色シフト・フレークを用意するステップと、
b.前記第1の基板を第2の基板に接着剤をその間に加えることなしに隣接して配置し、そのため、前記エネルギー活性化結合剤が前記第1と第2の基板の間に配置されるステップと、
c.電子ビーム放射、熱、またはホット・スタンプを使用して、前記エネルギー活性化結合剤を硬化させるステップと、を含む方法。 - 光学的可変効果を実現する物品であって、
第1の基板にまたは前記第1の基板上の層に回折構造を有する前記第1の基板を備え、
前記第1の基板を第2の基板に付着するホット・スタンプ接着剤層を備え、前記ホット・スタンプ接着剤層が、エネルギー活性化結合剤と、前記第1の基板を通して検出可能な前記光学的可変効果を実現するために、前記エネルギー活性化結合剤中に分散されている複数の色シフト・フレークとを含み、前記色シフト・フレークは直径が、または表面の端から端までが、少なくとも5ミクロンであり、前記色シフト・フレークは入射光の角度の変化と共に色を変化するものであり、かつ前記色シフト・フレークによって実現される前記光学的可変効果が前記第1の基板を通して外部から検出可能である、物品。 - 前記回折構造と前記ホット・スタンプ接着剤層の間に配置された部分的に脱金属化された金属層または高屈折率層をさらに備えた、請求項13に記載の物品。
