Description
最後に、本発明の最終の主題は、水素の製造用装置、自浄式の窓および防汚壁から選択される製品である。
−光触媒の表面での反応物の吸収、
−UVの照射に起因するフォトンの吸収による、電子−正孔対の形成、
−電子−正孔対の分離およびそれらの光触媒の表面への移動
−汚染物質、花粉、バクテリアまたはウイルスのような他の吸収された実体、それらの実体の分解を伴う電子および正孔の酸化および還元反応、ならびに
−反応生成物の脱離
を含む。
−揮発性有機化合物(VOC類)、
−車両および工場から漏れたNOx、
−バクテリア、ウイルス、微生物、
−カビ類、藻類、菌類、
−花粉およびコナダニのようなアレルゲン
−ヒト、動物および化学的配列秩序
を分解および破壊する能力がある。
自浄式のガラスの製造方法は、二酸化チタン(TiO2)を基材とする特別な光触媒層の、その外表面への適用の段階を含む。これらのガラスの自浄式の機能は、堆積された微細層の2つの特性:光触媒作用および超親水性の合同に基づく。これは、このガラスの親水性の特性が、従来のガラスのように、ガラスシート上に落ちる水がそれの汚れを放置する代わりにガラスを洗浄することを意味することによる。ガラス上に落下するように落ちる代わりに、水が重力により、結局のところガラスに沿ってすべり、その間にそれを洗浄するフィルムを徐々に形成する。したがって、自浄式のガラスは、洗浄コストを削減させることができ、しかしまた環境面においてもそれらが洗浄剤の削減された使用を要求するという影響を与える。
−優れた光触媒活性、従来の光触媒で得られるものよりも高い10倍までの効果を示す触媒作用を及ぼす反応、
−基板/耐火金属界面での機械的ストレスなしの結果として、それらが適用される基板に対する非常に良好な付着力、
−また厚さにおいて100μmまでの範囲にし得る、非常に厚い層の適用を可能にさせ得る、このような機械的ストレスのないこと、
−簡易化しかつ比較的安価な製造物、および
−十分な産業の実現可能性(大規模生産)
を満たすことにより、これらの全ての不利点を解消することを目的とする。
−高い比表面積を得るために必要な非常に高い気孔率、
−すべての生成した荷電粒子がそれらが分離するであろう空乏領域に再結合する前に到達することができる薄い隔壁を有する孔、
−完全に吸収されるための半導体のギャップよりも大きなエネルギーを有するすべてのフォトンのための十分に厚い厚さ
を示すべきである。
−少なくとも1つの耐火金属および少なくとも1つの非耐火フィラー金属からなる複合材料の、50と250℃との間、好ましくは50と150℃との間、よりさらに好ましくは80と120℃との間の温度での基板への堆積の段階、
−次の非耐火フィラー金属の除去の段階
を含み、
また600℃より高いかまたは等しい、好ましくは650℃より高いかまたは等しい温度での熱アニールの最終段階、およびまた非耐火フィラー金属の除去の段階の前もしくは後または熱アニールの最終段階と同時のいずれかに実施し得る酸化段階を含む超多孔性光触媒材料の製造方法である。
−価電子帯の上端は、解離される分子のHOMO(最高被占軌道)レベルより低いエネルギーであり、かつ
−伝導帯の下端は、解離される分子のLUMO(最低空軌道)レベルより高いエネルギーである
を満足しなければならない。
−アルミニウムを基材とする非耐火フィラー金属を除去するために:リン酸(H3PO4)または水酸化カリウム(KOH)の溶液、
−シリコンを基材とする非耐火フィラー金属を除去するために:水酸化カリウム(KOH)または水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)の溶液
を用いることが好ましい。
(i)少なくとも1つの耐火金属および少なくとも1つの非耐火フィラー金属からなる複合材料の、50と250℃との間の温度での基板への堆積、
(ii)結果として耐火金属酸化物および非耐火フィラー金属酸化物の粒子の混合物の形成になる、複合材料の酸化、
(iii)段階(ii)の間に得られた非耐火フィラー金属酸化物の選択的な化学攻撃による除去、
(iv)600℃より高いかまたは等しい、好ましくは650℃より高いかまたは等しい温度での熱アニール、このアニール段階が耐火金属酸化物を再結晶化させ得る
を含むことができる。
(i')少なくとも1つの耐火金属および少なくとも1つの非耐火フィラー金属からなる複合材料の、50と250℃との間の温度での基板への堆積、
(ii')段階(i')の間に得られた非耐火フィラー金属の選択的な化学攻撃による除去、
(iii')酸化化学処理または酸化性雰囲気下での熱処理、
(iv')600℃より高いかまたは等しい、好ましくは650℃より高いかまたは等しい温度での熱アニール、このアニール段階が耐火金属酸化物を再結晶化させ得る
を含むことができる。
−化学的酸化の段階が好ましくはH2SO4/H2O2またはHCl/H2O2の両方に基づいて酸化で行われるか
−または熱的酸化の段階が好ましくは熱アニールの段階(iv')の温度よりも低い、段階(iii')の温度、400と500℃との間の温度で行われる
ことができる。酸化性雰囲気は、100mbarと1barとの間の圧力で分子酸素O2の導入により引き起こすことができる。段階(iii')の持続時間は、10と60分との間、好ましくは10と30分との間が有利である。
(i")少なくとも1つの耐火金属および少なくとも1つの非耐火フィラー金属からなる複合材料の、50と250℃との間の温度での基板への堆積、
(ii")段階(i")の間に得られた非耐火フィラー金属の選択的な化学攻撃による除去、
(iv") 600℃より高いかまたは等しい、好ましくは650℃より高いかまたは等しい温度、酸化性雰囲気、好ましくは大気圧下での熱アニール、このアニール段階が耐火金属酸化物を再結晶化させ得る
を含むことができる。
孔の直径および孔の隔壁の厚さは、例えば、走査型顕微鏡または透過型顕微鏡のような当業者に公知の技術により測定される。
−水素の製造、
−廃水および汚染水の処理、
−汚染大気の処理、
−自浄式の窓の製造
である。
また、本発明の光触媒材料は、燃料電池用触媒膜としても使用することができる。
実施例1
図1に(2)および(2')で示される2つのガラス障壁を含む、図1に(1)で示される水素の製造用電解槽を作製した。電解槽(1)は、ガラス障壁(2')により互いに分割された2つの区画に分けられる。この電解槽において、図1に(3)で示されかつガラス障壁(2)と(2')との間に位置するカソードは、図1に(4)で示される電解液(酸性水)中に浸漬された白金ワイヤからなる。したがって、障壁(2)と(2')との間に示される区画はカソード区画と呼ばれ、かつ障壁(2')とアノードとして作用する、図1に(5)で示される基板との間で定義される区画はアノード区画と呼ばれる。
−100〜150Vの形成電位以下の2と5mA・cm-2との間の電流密度の下での(定電流条件)、0.5mol・l-1シュウ酸溶液中での複合材料の電気化学的な陽極酸化、次いで電流密度を30〜40分間維持する(定電圧条件)、
−試料の脱イオン水での洗浄および乾燥、
−650℃の温度での10〜15分間の複合材料の熱アニール
により堆積される。
−40〜60nmの、透過型顕微鏡により測定された孔サイズ、
−4〜8nmの、透過型顕微鏡により測定された孔の隔壁の厚さ、
−70-80%の、BETにより測定された気孔率、および
−600m2・cm-3の、吸着等温線により測定された比表面積
を示す光触媒材料(6)が得られる。
50%のチタニウムの原子百分率および50%のアルミニウムの原子百分率を含む複合材料を、300℃の温度でチタニウム基板上に陰極スパッタリングにより堆積することにより、一組の試料を製造した。堆積されたフィルムの厚さは1μmである。
−10mA・cm-2の電流密度の下での、希釈硫酸H2SO4溶液(10容量%、すなわち2mol・l-1)中での電気化学的な陽極酸化の段階、その後
−50℃の温度での、希釈リン酸H3PO4溶液(50容量%、すなわち約7mol・l-1)との接触をもたらすことによる選択的な化学攻撃により形成される酸化アルミニウムの除去の段階
を経ることにより、同じ実施要綱(protocol)にしたがって改質した。
・第1の組について:
−1〜20nmの、透過型顕微鏡により測定された孔の隔壁の厚さ、
−52-53%の、BETにより測定された気孔率、および
−400m2・cm-3の、吸着等温線により測定された比表面積
・第2の組について:
−1〜7nmの、透過型顕微鏡により測定された孔の隔壁の厚さ、
−57-59%の、BETにより測定された気孔率、および
−600m2・cm-3の、吸着等温線により測定された比表面積
を示す光触媒材料が得られる。
500℃でアニールされた試料について、次の電流密度:
−第1組:10μA・cm-2、
−第2組:20μA・cm-2
が測定された。
650℃でアニールされた試料について、次の電流密度:
−第1組:12μA・cm-2、
−第2組:25μA・cm-2
が測定された。
アニールが700℃の温度で行われるとき、フィルムの付着における有害な変化(層の脱離)が観察される。
50%のチタニウムの原子百分率および50%のアルミニウムの原子百分率を含む複合材料を、300℃の温度でチタニウム基板上に陰極スパッタリングにより堆積することにより、一組の試料を製造した。堆積されたフィルムの厚さは1μmである。
500℃でアニールされた試料について、次の電流密度:
−第1組: 9μA・cm-2、
−第2組:19μA・cm-2
が測定された。
650℃でアニールされた試料について、次の電流密度:
−第1組:11μA・cm-2、
−第2組:24μA・cm-2
が測定された。

Claims (22)
- −少なくとも1つの耐火金属および少なくとも1つの非耐火フィラー金属からなる複合材料の、50と250℃との間の温度での基板への堆積の段階、
−次の非耐火フィラー金属の除去の段階
を含み、
また600℃より高いかまたは等しい温度での熱アニールの最終段階、およびまた非耐火フィラー金属の除去の段階の前もしくは後または熱アニールの最終段階と同時のいずれかに実施し得る酸化段階を含むことを特徴とする超多孔性光触媒材料の製造方法。 - 次の段階:
(i)少なくとも1つの耐火金属および少なくとも1つの非耐火フィラー金属からなる複合材料の、50と250℃との間の温度での基板への堆積、
(ii)複合材料の酸化、
(iii)段階(ii)の間に得られた非耐火フィラー金属酸化物の選択的な化学攻撃による除去、
(iv)600℃より高いかまたは等しい温度での熱アニール
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 次の段階:
(i')少なくとも1つの耐火金属および少なくとも1つの非耐火フィラー金属からなる複合材料の、50と250℃との間の温度での基板への堆積、
(ii')段階(i')の間に得られた非耐火フィラー金属の選択的な化学攻撃による除去、
(iii')酸化化学処理または酸化性雰囲気下での熱処理、
(iv')600℃より高いかまたは等しい温度での熱アニール
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 次の段階:
(i")少なくとも1つの耐火金属および少なくとも1つの非耐火フィラー金属からなる複合材料の、50と250℃との間の温度での基板への堆積、
(ii")段階(i")の間に得られた非耐火フィラー金属の選択的な化学攻撃による除去、
(iv")600℃より高いかまたは等しい温度、酸化性雰囲気下での熱アニール
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 複合材料の堆積の段階が、陰極スパッタリング、熱蒸着または電解蒸着により、50と150℃との間の温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 耐火金属がチタニウム、タングステン、ニオブ、モリブデンおよびそれらの混合物から選択され、かつ非耐火フィラー金属がアルミニウム、シリコンおよびそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 耐火金属がチタニウムまたはチタニウム/タングステン混合物から選択され、かつ非耐火フィラー金属がアルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 複合材料中の耐火金属の原子百分率が、20と70%との間であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 基板が、ガラス、金属、高分子、セラミックおよび半導体の材料から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 選択的な化学攻撃による除去の段階が、複合材料で被覆された基板を、酸性または塩基性溶液に接触させることにあることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 酸化段階が、熱的、化学的または電気化学的な酸化段階であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 酸化段階(ii)が、40と70℃との間の温度で、0.1と3mol・l-1との間の濃度を有する酸性水溶液中に複合材料を浸漬させ、かつ次いで70と250Vとの間の電位に到達するまで、1と15mA・cm-2との間の電流密度を印加することにより行われる電気化学的な酸化段階であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 酸化化学処理または酸化性雰囲気下での熱処理の段階(iii')は、
−化学的酸化の段階がH2SO4/H2O2またはHCl/H2O2 に基づく酸化で行われるか
−または熱的酸化の段階が100mbarと1barとの間の圧力で分子酸素O2の導入により、熱アニールの段階(iv')の温度よりも低い、段階(iii')の温度、400と500℃との間の温度で行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 酸化性雰囲気下での熱アニールの段階(iv")が、大気圧で分子酸素O2の導入により行われることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載の方法により得ることができる少なくとも1つの耐火金属酸化物を含み、隔壁が10nm未満かまたは等しい厚さを有する孔を含むことを特徴とする超多孔性光触媒材料。
- 孔の隔壁が、1と7nmとの間の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の超多孔性光触媒材料。
- 耐火金属酸化物が、酸化チタン、酸化タングステン、酸化ニオブ、酸化モリブデンおよびそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の超多孔性光触媒材料。
- 50と95%との間の気孔率を示すことを特徴とする請求項15〜17のいずれか1つに記載の超多孔性光触媒材料。
- 500と700m2・cm-3との間の比表面積を示すことを特徴とする請求項15〜18のいずれか1つに記載の超多孔性光触媒材料。
- 2μmより大きい厚さを示すことを特徴とする請求項15〜19のいずれか1つに記載の超多孔性光触媒材料。
- 水素の製造用、廃水および汚染水の処理用、汚染大気の処理用、自浄式の窓または同様に燃料電池用触媒膜の製造用である請求項15〜20のいずれか1つに記載の超多孔性光触媒材料の使用。
- 請求項15〜20のいずれか1つに記載の少なくとも1つの超多孔性光触媒材料を含むことを特徴とする、水素の製造用装置、自浄式の窓および防汚壁から選択される製品。
