Claims (4)
- 壁面、床面及び天井面の少なくとも一部に、放射性物質を吸着する砕石した放射性物質吸着材(3)を設けた空洞体(1)を構成し、前記放射性物質吸着材(3)は、前記空洞体(1)の内壁面にこの内壁面と所定間隔を確保しつつ設けられた金網(2)と前記内壁面との間に設けられており、前記放射性物質吸着材(3)同士の間の隙間、及び空洞体(1)の内外壁間に通気性を確保するとともに、この空洞体(1)内を正圧状態に加圧し、この空洞体(1)内に放射性物質によって汚染された被汚染物(M)を通して、空気によって被汚染物(M)に付着した放射性物質を浮き上がらせるとともに、空気が前記隙間及び空洞体(1)壁面を通って空洞体(1)外に放出されるようにし、空気によって搬送された放射性物質が、前記隙間を通る際に前記砕石した放射性物質吸着材(3)に吸着されるようして、この被汚染物(M)の除染処理を行う除染方法。
- 前記空洞体(1)内に被汚染物(M)を通した後に、水槽(5)に貯めた水(6)の中に前記被汚染物(M)を浸漬して除染処理を行う請求項1に記載の除染方法。
- 前記除染処理の後に、前記放射性物質吸着材(3)を収納した収納体(8)で前記被汚染物(M)を取り囲んで、この被汚染物(M)の残留放射線量が所定値以下に低下するまで貯蔵するようにした請求項1又は2に記載の除染方法。
- 前記放射性物質吸着材(3)が、ゼオライト、イライト、又は、麦飯石である請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の除染方法。
