・19μmの厚みを有するPET(ポリエチレンテレフタラート)箔(DuPont社製のMelinex S(登録商標))がテープの形態で基体を形成する。箔の表面は、たとえばトルエン中に20gのVinnapas B500/20VL(登録商標)(Wacker AG Burghausen社製)の混合物によるラミネート装置におけるドクターブレードによってコーティングされる。ドクターブレードの間隔は約120μmであり、テープの速度は0.5m/分である。コーティングの乾燥は、約50℃の温風によって実行される。乾燥後のコーティングの厚みは約12μmである。Vinnapasコーティングは、以下の工程におけるホットメルトとして作用する。
・CO2レーザStarshape 300C(登録商標)(Ronin社製)により、ランセットラベルは、テープから切断される。各ラベルは、列をなして、1本、2本または3本のランセットを備えてもよい。切断線までのランセットの最も広い部分の距離は、少なくとも0.5mmである。ラベルの幅は、ランセットの長さよりも少なくとも1mm広い。ラベルに属しない残りの材料は除去される。それは、自動接着性のランセットラベルを有するライナをもたらす。
・結果として生じたランセットテープの転写箔は、12μmの厚みを有する双方向に引き伸ばされたPET箔(ウィースバーデンのMitsubishi Polyester Film社製のHostaphan RN(登録商標))である。単一のランセットラベルは、箔上に正確に位置決めすることによってこのPET転写箔へと転写される。この転写の精度は、少なくとも±1/10mmである。このランセットテープは、CO2レーザStarshape 300C(登録商標)(Ronin社製)により、5.0mmの幅を有する3つのランセットテープに切断される。ランセット本体の端部は、切断端縁から約0.2mmに配置される。
Claims (27)
- 包装されたランセットを製造するための方法であって、
少なくとも1つの所定の切断点を介して金属シートに固定された、ランセット先端およびランセット本体を備える複数のランセットを備える前記金属シートを用意する工程と、
少なくとも前記ランセット先端を包むための少なくとも1つの箔を備えるテープに対して前記金属シートを配置する工程と、
前記少なくとも1つの切断点が砕壊されて前記ランセットがもはや前記金属シートに接続されないように、前記テープ上に少なくとも1つのランセットを設置し、前記テープ上の前記少なくとも1つのランセットを押圧する工程と、
前記テープ上に前記ランセットを固定する前に、同時にまたはその後に、
前記金属シートを除去する工程と、
前記箔によって少なくとも前記ランセット先端を包むことにより、前記箔が少なくとも部分的に重なり合う第1および第2の部分を形成する工程と、
少なくとも前記重ね合わせ部分の前記第1および第2の部分の端縁においてレーザ光線によって前記少なくとも1つの箔を密封する工程とを備え、
前記ランセット先端が穿刺プロセス中に押し込まれる部分の前記箔が溶接線を有しないように、前記ランセット先端の領域において前記密封する工程を適用しない方法。 - 包装されたランセットを製造するための方法であって、
ランセット先端およびランセット本体を備える複数のランセットを備えるテープを用意する工程と、
少なくとも1つの箔によって少なくとも前記ランセット先端を包むことにより、前記少なくとも1つの箔が少なくとも部分的に重なり合う第1および第2の部分を形成する工程と、
前記箔の前記第1および第2の部分が重なり合い、前記箔の少なくとも1つの部分が前記ランセット先端の反対側の前記ランセットの端部に向かって平らにされるように、第1の方向における空気圧力の第1の成分によって、さらに、前記第1の方向に対して垂直な第2の方向における空気圧力の第2の成分によって前記箔が前記ランセット上に押圧される方法で前記箔に対して前記空気圧力を加える工程と、
少なくとも前記重ね合わせ部分の前記第1および第2の部分の端縁においてレーザ光線によって前記少なくとも1つの箔を密封する工程とを備え、
