Claims (7)
- セラミックから作られた部品に適用される標識バリアコーティングであって、
耐環境コーティング(12)及び遮熱コーティング(20)と、
0.01モル%から30モル%のタガント(26)と
を含み、
該耐環境コーティング(12)が、前記部品側から順に配置された、ボンドコート層(14)と、少なくとも1つの遷移層(16)と、外層(18)とを含み、
該遮熱コーティング(20)が耐火層(22)を含み、
前記遮熱コーティング(20)が、前記耐環境コーティング(12)の上に堆積されており、
各層(14、16、18、22)が異なる色のタガント(26)を含んでいる
ことを特徴とする、標識バリアコーティング。 - 該耐環境コーティング(12)のボンドコート層(14)が、ケイ素、貴金属ケイ化物、またはアルミナイドから成る群から選択される組成物を含み、該遷移層(16)が、BSAS、ムライト、希土類二ケイ酸塩、およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される組成物を含み、該外層(18)が、BSAS、希土類一ケイ酸塩、希土類二ケイ酸塩、およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される組成物を含む、請求項1に記載の標識バリアコーティング。
- 該遮熱コーティング(20)の耐火層(22)が、イットリア添加ジルコニア、イットリア添加ハフニア;カルシア、バリア、マグネシア、ストロンチア、セリア、イッテルビア、ルテチア、およびそれらの組み合わせを添加したジルコニア;カルシア、バリア、マグネシア、ストロンチア、セリア、イッテルビア、ルテチア、およびそれらの組み合わせを添加したハフニア;二ケイ酸イットリウム、二ケイ酸イッテルビウム、二ケイ酸ルテチウム、一ケイ酸イットリウム、一ケイ酸イッテルビウム、一ケイ酸ルテチウム、ジルコン、ハフノン、BSAS、ムライト、マグネシウムアルミネートスピネル、希土類アルミン酸塩、又はそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の標識バリアコーティング。

- 該タガント(26)が、放射線源によって蛍光を発することができる、請求項1、2、3、4又は5のいずれかに記載の標識バリアコーティング。
- 前記部品のセラミックは、炭化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素、アルミナ、シリカ、ムライト、アルミナ・ムライト、アルミナ・シリカ、アルミナ・シリカ・酸化ホウ素、シリコンアルミニウムオキシナイトライド、およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される、請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6のいずれかに記載の標識バリアコーティングを有するガスタービンエンジン部品(10)。
