Description
(A)AIOLを提供する工程であって、

前記少なくとも1つの支持プレートおよび前記光学機器が前記眼の水晶体の後嚢の65%〜95%を覆うことを特徴とする工程と、
を有してなる。典型的には、水晶体の後嚢の寸法は10〜13mmの範囲である。

Claims (9)
- アコモダティブ眼内レンズ(AIOL)であって、
光学機器と、
少なくとも1つのコネクタによって前記光学機器に連結した少なくとも1つの支持プレートと、
を備え、
前記コネクタが前記支持プレートよりも剛性が低く、
前記少なくとも1つの支持プレートが前記光学機器を取り囲み、
前記光学機器および支持プレートが、80mm2〜100mm2の合計前面表面積を有し、
ここで、前記少なくとも1つのコネクタが、前記少なくとも1つのコネクタの屈伸によって前記光学機器の変形が可能になるように構成され、少なくとも1つのフィラメントが前記支持プレートに連結して該支持プレートの外周から延在し、前記少なくとも1つのフィラメントが前記支持プレートから間隔をあけた自由端を有し、前記少なくとも1つの支持プレートが、該少なくとも1つの支持プレートと異なる材料を含む少なくとも1つのリブを有する、
アコモダティブ眼内レンズ(AIOL)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの支持プレートが、前記光学機器の周辺に360°の連続境界を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支持プレートが、2つの支持プレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支持プレートが、少なくとも60mm2の前面表面積を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支持プレートの各々が、光軸の周りの半径方向に測定された角度の全範囲にわたり、1.0〜3.5mmの半径寸法における幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコネクタが、2つのコネクタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支持プレートが、前記少なくとも1つのコネクタの任意の部分より大きい厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のAIOL。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支持プレートが円錐形を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のAIOL。
- 前記AIOLが、前記光学機器と前記少なくとも1つの支持プレートの間にヒンジを有しないことを特徴とする請求項1記載のAIOL。
