Description
Claims (14)
- 色温度可変発光器であって、
第1蛍光体及び第2蛍光体であって、当該第1蛍光体及び第2蛍光体は、ポンプ光でポンプされる場合に、それぞれ第1蛍光体光及び第2蛍光体光を発するように適合され、前記第1蛍光体光は前記第2蛍光体光とは異なる波長を有する、第1蛍光体及び第2蛍光体と、
前記色温度可変光を発する出口表面と、
を有し、
前記第1蛍光体及び前記第2蛍光体は、積層方向に、
前記第1蛍光体光の少なくとも一部及び前記第2蛍光体光の少なくとも一部が、前記出口表面において混合され、そして前記色温度可変光として発され、
前記第1蛍光体及び前記第2蛍光体は、第1ポンプ光及び第2ポンプ光のそれぞれによって個別にポンプされ得、前記第1ポンプ光及び前記第2ポンプ光は、前記積層方向に対して横方向に入射する、
ように積層される、
色温度可変発光器であって、
前記出口表面へ光学的に結合される光抽出層であって、且つ、前記積層方向へ少なくとも部分的に照射される光学的放射を前記出口表面へ方向付けするように適合される光抽出層を含み、
第1層が前記第2蛍光体と前記光抽出層との間に構成され、且つポンプ光を反射し蛍光体光を透過させるように適合される、
色温度可変発光器。 - 請求項1に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、更に、前記第1蛍光体及び/又は前記第2蛍光体の表面の少なくとも一部に構成される反射器を含み、前記反射器は、光学的反射の少なくとも一部を前記第1蛍光体及び/又は前記第2蛍光体のそれぞれへ再方向付けして戻すように適合される、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、前記第1蛍光体及び前記第2蛍光体は、前記第2蛍光体の表面が前記第1蛍光体の表面に少なくとも一部重なっているように、又は前記第2蛍光体の表面が前記第1蛍光体の表面に近いように構成され、これにより前記第1蛍光体及び前記第2蛍光体からの放射が相互作用するようにされる、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、更に、前記第1蛍光体及び/又は前記第2蛍光体の側部表面の少なくとも一部に構成される選択的反射器を含み、前記選択的反射器は、前記ポンプ光を選択的に透過させるように且つ前記選択的反射器へ発される前記蛍光体光の少なくとも一部を前記第1蛍光体及び/又は前記第2蛍光体へ選択的に反射して戻すように適合される、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、前記反射器は、前記第1蛍光体及び/又は前記第2蛍光体を冷却するように適合されるヒートシンクへ接続される、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項1に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、更に、前記第1蛍光体及び前記第2蛍光体の間に構成される第2層を含み、前記第2層は、ポンプ光を反射し蛍光体光を透過させるように適合される、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項1に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、前記第1層が、空気又は透明低屈折率材料である、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項6に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、前記第2層が、空気又は透明低屈折率材料である、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項2乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、更に、前記反射器の一部及び前記出口表面の間における前記積層方向に構成される少なくとも1つの導波路を含み、前記導波路は、前記積層方向に少なくとも部分的に並行な光学的放射を、前記第1蛍光体及び/又は前記第2蛍光体のそれぞれへ方向付けるように適合される、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、前記第1蛍光体及び前記第2蛍光体は、透明性が高く、低い散乱性を呈する、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、前記第1蛍光体及び前記第2蛍光体は、2以上、好ましくは10以上、より好ましくは100以上のアスペクト比を含む、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、前記第1蛍光体及び前記第2蛍光体は、少なくとも1つの導波路へ光学的に結合される、色温度可変発光器。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の色温度可変発光器であって、前記第1蛍光体及び第2蛍光体は、導波路においてパターン状に配置され、前記第2蛍光体の表面が前記第1蛍光体の表面と重ならないように積層される、色温度可変発光器。
- 色温度可変光を生成する方法であって、
a)第1蛍光体及び第2蛍光体をポンプ光でポンプするステップであって、これにより、それぞれ第1蛍光体光及び第2蛍光体光を発する、ステップであり、前記第1蛍光体光は前記第2蛍光体光とは異なる波長を有する、ステップであって、
前記第1蛍光体及び前記第2蛍光体は、積層方向に、
前記第1蛍光体光の少なくとも一部及び前記第2蛍光体光の少なくとも一部が、出口表面において混合され、そして前記色温度可変光として発され、
前記第1蛍光体及び前記第2蛍光体は、第1ポンプ光及び第2ポンプ光のそれぞれによって個別にポンプされ得、前記第1ポンプ光及び前記第2ポンプ光は、前記積層方向に対して横方向に入射する、
ように積層されている、
ステップと、
b)前記第1蛍光体光の少なくとも一部及び前記第2蛍光体光の少なくとも一部を混合し、前記出口表面へ光学的に結合される光抽出層が、前記積層方向へ少なくとも部分的に照射される光学的放射を前記出口表面へ方向付けするステップであって、前記第2蛍光体と前記光抽出層との間に構成される第1層が、ポンプ光を反射し蛍光体光を透過させるように適合される、ステップと、
c)前記混合される光を色温度可変光として前記出口表面から放射するステップと、
を含む方法。
