Claims (17)
- タービンホイール(11)を完全に包囲するためにタービンケーシング(12)を備えているガスターボ機械(100)に取付けるための破裂保護装置(1)であって、多層構造体によって形成されている破裂保護装置(1)において、
前記多層構造体が金属薄板の少なくとも2つの層(a、b、c)によって形成され、前記多層構造体が閉じた鍋構造体を形成するために、底部(2)と胴部(3)を有し、この胴部が前記底部(2)の周りに全角度範囲(W)に沿って延在していることと、
前記破裂保護装置(1)が底部(2)と胴部(3)からなる閉じた鍋構造体によって、タービンケーシング(12)を、全角度範囲(W)に沿って、タービンケーシング(12)から間隔をおいて、それと固定しないで包囲していることと、
を特徴とする破裂保護装置(1)。 - 前記胴部(3)が前記底部(2)に一体的に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の破裂保護装置(1)。
- 前記底部(2)と前記胴部(3)が前記多層構造体の一体の層(a、b、c)を多層に配置したものとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の破裂保護装置(1)。
- 前記多層構造体の一つの層(a、b、c)が個々の一体の薄板部品を変形して鍋状の薄板部品の形に成形され、前記多層構造体が鍋構造体を形成するために複数個のこのような鍋状薄板部品を組み立てて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の破裂保護装置(1)。
- 前記多層構造体が前記鍋構造体を形成するために、一体の薄板部品を多層に配置したものを変形して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の破裂保護装置(1)。
- 前記多層構造体が単層または多層の蓋(4)を備え、この蓋が前記底部(2)の向かい側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の破裂保護装置(1)。
- 前記蓋(4)が背板の形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の破裂保護装置(1)。
- 前記背板が単層の金属製背板であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の破裂保護装置(1)。
- 前記蓋(4)が全角度範囲(W)に沿って延在する縁部(6)を備え、この縁部に前記胴部(3)が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の破裂保護装置(1)。
- 前記胴部(3)が全角度範囲(W)に沿って延在する前記蓋(4)の前記縁部(6)の内側に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の破裂保護装置(1)。
- 前記ガスターボ機械(100)がガス半径流式ターボ機械であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の破裂保護装置(1)。
- タービンケーシング(12)内に回転可能に配置されたタービンホイール(11)を完全に包囲しているタービンケーシング(1)と、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の破裂保護装置(1)とを備えたガスターボ機械(100)。
- 前記破裂保護装置(1)がその蓋(4)によってガスターボ機械(100)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のガスターボ機械(100)。
- 前記蓋(4)が背板の形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のガスターボ機械(100)。
- 前記タービンホイール(11)が軸受(20)内に保持された軸(21)上に配置され、前記軸受(20)が軸受ケーシング(22)内に配置され、破裂保護装置(1)が前記軸受ケーシング(22)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載のガスターボ機械(100)。
- このガスターボ機械(100)がガス半径流式ターボ機械であることを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載のガスターボ機械(100)。
- 請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載のガスターボ機械(100)を備えた内燃機関。
