Claims (29)
- 少なくとも2つのチャンバと、少なくとも1つの気体透過性且つ液体不透過性膜とを含み、前記チャンバが、前記膜(1又は複数)により互いに隔てられ、前記膜(1又は複数)が少なくとも10枚の積層膜であり、前記膜(1又は複数)の少なくとも片側が構造化され、この構造により前記膜上にチャネル及び分岐構造の少なくともいずれか、具体的には被分岐経路が形成されており、前記構造の壁が、500μm以下の間隔を有し、
前記間隔を有する前記チャネル及び前記分岐構造の少なくともいずれかが占める表面積の前記膜の全表面積に対する比率が、少なくとも50%であり、前記膜の少なくとも片側が、前記分岐構造を含むことを特徴とする気体輸送装置。 - 少なくとも2つのチャンバが、膜又は膜構造により少なくとも部分的に形成される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 膜の少なくとも片側上の構造の壁が、前記膜の平面から突出するか、チャンバの1つに突出又は伸長するかの少なくともいずれかである請求項1及び2のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つのチャンバが、生物学的液体を受容する第1のチャンバと、気体を受容する第2のチャンバとを含み、構造により形成されるチャネル及び分岐構造の少なくともいずれかが、前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバとの間で気体分子を輸送する機能を有する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 以下の少なくともいずれかである請求項4に記載の装置:
装置が複数の第1のチャンバを含むように、前記第1のチャンバが複数のチャンバに細分され、前記複数のチャンバが、気体透過性且つ液体不透過性膜により第2のチャンバから隔てられる、及び
装置が複数の第2のチャンバを含むように、前記第2のチャンバが複数のチャンバに細分され、前記複数のチャンバが、気体透過性且つ液体不透過性膜により第1のチャンバから隔てられる。 - 複数の第1のチャンバが、以下の少なくともいずれかのように配置される請求項5に記載の装置:
1以上の列において互いに隣接して、互いに離間して配置される、及び
複数の層において上下に配置される。 - 複数の第2のチャンバが、以下の少なくともいずれかのように配置される請求項5及び6のいずれかに記載の装置:
1以上の列において互いに隣接して、互いに離間して配置される、及び
複数の層において上下に配置される。 - 第1のチャンバ(1又は複数)の縦方向の配向が、第2のチャンバ(1又は複数)の縦方向の配向に対して横方向である請求項4から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 以下の少なくともいずれかである請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置:
チャンバの少なくとも1つが、貫流チャンバとして構築される、及び
第1のチャンバが、第2のチャンバに対して逆方向又は横方向に、入口から出口へと貫通するよう構築される。 - 膜の両側が構造化される請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 膜が有機材料からなる、又は有機材料を含む請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 有機材料が、ポリマー、ポリマー複合材料、又は多層ポリマーである請求項11に記載の装置。
- ポリマーがポリオレフィンである請求項12に記載の装置。
- ポリオレフィンがポリメチルペンテンである請求項13に記載の装置。
- 膜が、ナノ多孔質膜と、該ナノ多孔質膜と交互に配置される構造化された非多孔質膜とからなる請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 膜が、射出成形法、マイクロ射出成形法、又はホットスタンピング法により構造化される請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 膜厚が10μm〜100μmである請求項1から16のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 膜厚が20μm〜50μmである請求項17に記載の装置。
- 膜が、酸素及び二酸化炭素の少なくともいずれかに対して選択的透過性である請求項1から18のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 膜が窒素不透過性であるか、又は僅かな窒素しか透過しない請求項1から19のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 膜が支持材により強化される請求項1から20のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 膜に細胞が定着する請求項1から21のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 膜が、(多)糖、ヘパリン、核酸、タンパク質、及びアルブミンからなる群から選択される1以上の物質でコーティングされる請求項1から22のいずれかに記載の装置。
- チャンバの直径が1μm〜1cmである請求項1から23のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 第2のチャンバ又は更なるチャンバの直径が1μm〜1cmである請求項4から24のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 生物学的液体が、血液、血清、細胞懸濁液、細胞溶液、及び培養培地からなる群から選択される請求項4から25のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項1から26のいずれかに記載の装置のうちの2以上からなる装置。
- 第1のチャンバ(1又は複数)の縦方向の配向が、第2のチャンバ(1又は複数)の縦方向の配向に対して直角である請求項8に記載の装置。
- 膜に上皮細胞が定着する請求項22に記載の装置。
