Claims (6)
- 利用者の運動に用いられるフィットネス機器に蓄電装置を利用せず電力を供給するフィットネス機器用電力制御装置であって、
複数のパワートランジスタから構成され、一端が、商用電源に電気的に接続されている電力フィーダーに電気的に直接接続される双方向電力変換回路と、
一端が前記双方向電力変換回路の他端に電気的に直接接続される双方向電力駆動回路と、
前記双方向電力駆動回路の他端に電気的に直接接続され、前記フィットネス機器を駆動する電動発電両用回転機と、
前記双方向電力変換回路、前記双方向電力駆動回路、および前記電動発電両用回転機に電気的に接続されるエネルギー管理回路と、
を備え、
前記エネルギー管理回路は、エネルギー調節回路及びプログラム処理回路から構成され、
前記プログラム処理回路は、
前記発電モードにおいて、前記電動発電両用回転機の回転速度を検出する回転速度検出装置と、
前記回転速度によって、前記発電モードにおいて、自身の出力電圧を制御し、前記電動モードにおいて、前記電動発電両用回転機に流れ込む電流を制御して回転速度を制御する双方向電力駆動回路制御モジュールと、
前記発電モードにおいて、利用者の運動要求によって、前記回転速度および予測される発電される交流電力の大きさを参照して前記電動発電両用回転機の出力トルクを決め、前記エネルギー調節回路を制御し、前記双方向電力変換回路を経由して、前記利用者の運動によって消耗したエネルギーを交流電流に変換して前記電力フィーダーに供給するマイクロ処理装置モジュールと、
前記エネルギー調節回路と協力し、前記双方向電力駆動回路の直流電圧の大きさを制御する電圧補償モジュールと、を有し、
前記電動発電両用回転機が発電モードとなった場合に、前記エネルギー管理回路は、前記双方向電力変換回路を起動し、前記双方向電力駆動回路は、直接前記双方向電力変換回路を経由して発電された電力を前記商用電源に供給し、
前記電動発電両用回転機が電動モードとなった場合に、前記エネルギー管理回路は、前記双方向電力変換回路を整流モードに設定し、前記双方向電力駆動回路は、直接前記双方向電力変換回路を経由して前記商用電源から前記電動発電両用回転機を駆動するために必要な電力を取得するフィットネス機器用電力制御装置。 - 前記双方向電力変換回路は、双方向電力流通変換装置及び双方向電力流通直流電圧変換装置から構成される請求項1に記載のフィットネス機器用電力制御装置。
- 前記双方向電力流通変換装置は、フルブリッジパワートランジスタ整流回路である請求項2に記載のフィットネス機器用電力制御装置。
- 前記双方向電力流通変換装置は、ハーフブリッジパワートランジスタ整流回路である請求項2に記載のフィットネス機器用電力制御装置。
- 前記双方向電力流通直流電圧変換装置は、パワートランジスタ直流昇圧および降圧回路である請求項2に記載のフィットネス機器用電力制御装置。
- 前記双方向電力駆動回路制御モジュールは、パルス幅変調回路である請求項1に記載のフィットネス機器用電力制御装置。
