Abstract
本实用新型提供一种电机磁控健身器,包括有:一脚踏机构,设置于健身器内;一马达,设置于健身器内,该马达连设有一连动装置,可带动脚踏机构转动;一电机磁控装置,设置于健身器内且与马达电性连接,该电机磁控装置可控制马达通电与否以选择健身器之电机或磁控状态;一扶手,设置于健身器上;一电子表,设置于扶手上,具有按键组,以供使用者操作选择健身器之功能。当该马达处于磁控状态时,可踩踏脚踏机构以带动马达产生反向磁阻,达到健身的目的,当该马达处于电动状态时,可以带动脚踏机构,以使运动后的双腿肌肉得到放松,实为一极具进步性之便利设计。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种健身器材,特别是一种电机磁控健身器。
背景技术
现代人终日忙碌于工作上,很少能空出时间从事运动,而由研究指出,有运动健身习惯的人比起不运动的人,工作较卖力、更健康、具有吸引力、有信心及掌握自我。运动健身习惯所带来的正面意义,在面对任何人时,相对的便可以获得别人的信任与肯定。而运动一般可分为无氧运动及有氧运动,其中无氧运动所产生的发酵作用会使酸性物质沉淀,较适合想要锻练肌肉及增进爆发力者,若想增进心肺能力,即应从事有氧运动,而有氧运动比如慢跑、游泳或骑自行车等都需要一个较宽敞的环境,对于居住于拥挤都市的人,实在是一大限制,故愈来愈多的健身器材即因应而生。
请参阅台湾专利公告第507581号『健身车之磁控装置』专利案,其所公开有传动盘20、飞轮13及磁阻座14包覆成一单轮结构,一心轴21穿设于二半壳体11、12并连接曲柄41与脚踏机构42,其中该飞轮13外缘设有磁阻座14,磁阻座14设有调节端140并利用调节线15以调整磁阻座14飞轮13间之距离,以产生不同之磁阻效果,此类以磁性提供阻力的公知健身车,其内部复杂的构造设计,不仅使产品制造上增加了组装的麻烦,构件的开模更是成本的浪费,一但需要维修,折开后也不易由消费者自行组装回复,且该公开的健身车所具之磁控装置功能性实过于单调,殊知使用者于踩踏健身车时必有其体力衰退之情况,且若有使用者需要以踩踏之方式复健,而其脚部有受伤或其它不适情形,则只能望车兴叹,故该公知的健身车还不够完善,仍有可改进的空间。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:针对上述健身器所存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种电机磁控健身器,当马达处于磁控时,可踩踏脚踏机构以带动马达产生反向磁阻,达到健身的目的,当该马达处于电动时,可以带动脚踏机构,使运动后的双腿肌肉得到放松,从而克服上述技术缺陷,达到性能优良的目的。
解决本实用新型的上述问题所采用的技术方案是:包括有:一脚踏机构,其设置于健身器上;可带动脚踏机构转动或由该脚踏机构带动的一马达,其设置于健身器内;未给予马达电压时,使马达处于磁控状态,可踩踏脚踏机构以带动马达产生磁阻,以提供运动功能,当给予马达一电压时,该马达处于电动状态,可带动脚踏机构转动的一电机磁控装置,其设置于健身器内且与马达连接。
根据上述技术方案,当该健身器之马达处于磁控时,可脚踩脚踏机构以带动马达产生反向磁阻,以达到健身之目的,且该马达依脚踏机构运转时,马达会产生一电压,其可经由电机磁控装置完成控制阻力,产生的阻力大小是以电流的大小来控制,电流越大,阻力越大;反之,越小。当该健身器之马达处于电动时,可以带动脚踏机构,马达运转的速度亦可由通过之电流来控制,以使运动后的双腿肌肉得到放松。
本实用新型的电机磁控装置内具有两继电器及两开关,其一继电器导通可吸合其一开关以提供马达正向电压,而使马达正向转动,另一继电器导通可吸合另一开关以提供马达反向电压,而使马达反向转动。本实用新型是以继电器来控制马达的正反转,从而提供使用者两种不同之踩踏效果。
本实用新型的电机磁控装置具有供给电机磁控装置所需工作电源的一交直流电路;处理控制讯号以提供不同输出至驱动电路的一集成电路;输出讯号以驱动马达的一驱动电路。本实用新型还具有一电子表,该电子表具有一按键组,该按键组包括有开始/停止按键、设定按键、正/反转按键、电机磁控按键及按压该按键可调节流经马达之电枢电流,以控制马达之不同档位运转的调节按键。本实用新型的电子表另具有显示按键组的各项操作状况的一显示器及一控制电路模组,该控制电路模组与按键组电性连接,可配合按键组控制处理讯号并由一导线与电机磁控装置进行讯号传输。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的电机磁控健身器,由于该健身器具有一脚踏机构,该脚踏机构系连动一马达,且该电机磁控健身车具有一控制马达转动状态之电机磁控装置,藉以取代传统健身器的脚踏链轮及飞轮的构件,使驱动构件的体积变小,且使健身器的体积更加小型化,对于现代狭小的生活空间,提供一更佳之空间节省性。
同时,踩踏脚踏机构以带动马达运转时,该马达会产生一电压,经过电机磁控装置处理并传输至电子表供调节,调节后之讯号回传电机磁控装置,以控制流过马达之电流大小,并产生不同程度的阻力,从而能达到健身之目的,且流过的电枢电流越大,阻力越大;反之,越小。本实用新型可配合电子表调节给予不同阻尼,以适用操作者不同之运动程度。
并且,当该健身器处于电动状态时,可以带动人体或双脚运动,以使运动后的双腿肌肉得到放松,且可配合电子表调节而给予不同段位之速度控制,以适用操作者之身体状况,其给予使用者一完全运动及舒缓之步骤,而可避免发生运动伤害,实为一优良之设计。
本实用新型是以两继电器来控制马达的正反转,从而可提供使用者两种不同之踩踏效果,更提高了消费者对使用健身器的兴趣,物品的利用价值即相对提高。

具体实施方式
请参阅第一至第三图所示,本实用新型主要是提供一种电机磁控健身器1,其具有一底座10,该底座10连接有一主杆11,该主杆11一端具有一扶手12,另一端连接有一壳体13,其两侧设有脚踏机构14,主杆11上端连接有一椅体15,该电机磁控健身器1另具有:
一马达20,其设置于电机磁控健身器1壳体13内,该马达20连设有一连动装置21,而可与脚踏机构14产生相对转动关系,该连动装置21可为一转枢轮;
一电机磁控装置30,其设置于电机磁控健身器1壳体13内且与马达20电性连接,该电机磁控装置30具有一交直流电路31、一集成电路32及一驱动电路33,该交直流电路31由变压器T1、T2及桥式整流子D1、D2组成,可将插头34所连接之AC交流电转变为DC直流电,以供给电机磁控装置30所需工作电源,该集成电路32系处理控制讯号,以提供不同输出至驱动电路33,以改变电机或磁控状态,并可控制马达20不同挡位之转动方式;
一电子表40,其设置于电机磁控健身器1扶手12之端面上,嵌设有一显示器41及一按键组42,该显示器41显示按键组42的各项操作状况,该按键组42包括有:开始/停止按键42a、设定按键42b、调节按键42c、正/反转按键42d、电机磁控按键42e;另外,该电子表40内部设有一控制电路模组(未绘出),其与按键组42电性连接,可配合按键组42控制处理讯号并进行传输,且其连接有一导线43至电机磁控装置30以传输讯号。
而由第四及第五图所示,其为本实用新型电机磁控装置电路图及操作流程图,其电路控制原理为:
步骤A:按压电子表40之开始/停止按键42a以开启电子表40电源。
步骤B:按压设定按键42b以选择不同设定状态。
步骤C:按压电机磁控按键42e,选择其电机/磁控状态:
C1(电机状态),当该电机磁控健身器1处于电动时,可经由按压一正/反转按键42d来选择马达20的转动方向,当选择正转状态时,其触发讯号是由电子表40传送至电机磁控装置30接收,复由集成电路32对驱动电路33输入一控制讯号,该控制讯号使继电器CON1导通,并将开关K1吸合,而该开关K1的吸合使驱动电路33的电源输入端获得正向电压,为此使马达20形成了正向转动,在马达20正向转动的情况下,使用者只需轻踩脚踏机构14即可随着马达20的转动而作正向运动;
而当选择反转状态时,该控制讯号使继电器CON2导通,并将开关K2吸合,由于开关K2的吸合使驱动电路33的电源接入端获得反向电压,为此使马达20形成了反向转动,此时使用者只需轻踩脚踏机构14即可随着马达20的转动而反向运动;
另外,当使用者需要马达20提供不同的转动速度时,可以经电子表40上的调节按键42c进行调节,以形成不同输出讯号,该电子表40之显示器41亦显示出运动状态,如此,电机磁控装置30所接收之处理讯号不同,即可控制马达20通过之电枢电流大小,且该马达20电枢电流的大小是由场效应管Q3控制。
C2(磁控状态),当选择电机磁控装置30不通电的状态下,即该电机磁控健身器1处于磁控时,可踩踏脚踏机构14以连动该马达20产生反向磁阻,且该马达20与连动装置21之间具有连动作用,该马达20对脚踏机构14来说相当于形成一阻尼,使用者必须踩踏一定作用力方能带动马达20转动,因此可达到对腿部的运动效果。
另外,脚踩脚踏机构14以带动马达20运转时,该马达20会产生一电压,经过桥式整流子D3后进入场效应管Q10完成控制,且该马达20的转动阻力值经过电机磁控装置30感应处理,并传送讯号至电子表40之显示器41显示出运动状态,可由电子表40上的调节按键42c进行调节,其产生的阻力大小是以通过控制场效应管Q10的电流大小来实现,流过的电流越大,阻力越大;反之,越小。
步骤D:按压电子表40之开始/停止按键42a关闭电源或停止踩踏,以使马达20停止运转。
而如第五图所示,为本实用新型的另一较佳实施例,其主要构件及功效皆与上述实施例相同,唯其不同之处,在于本实施例之电子表40及电机磁控装置30内皆设有红外线发射接收电路(未绘出),而其具有一红外线发射接收端50,该电子表40及电机磁控装置30间之讯号传输是由该红外线发射接收端50之发射接收作用,因而可取代导线43之牵引,该红外线传输为一现有技术,故在此不再赘述。
而如第六图所示,为本创作之第三较佳实施例,其主要功效皆与上述实施例相同,唯其不同之处,在于该主杆11之两侧连设有两握杆16,壳体13之两侧连设有两脚踏机构17,且该些握杆16及该些脚踏机构17为一肘节杆,使该马达20与脚踏机构17之转动轨迹为一椭圆状,其主要之特征功能与前述电机磁控装置30与马达20间之控制关相同。
Claims (9)
1,一种电机磁控健身器,其特征是包括有:一脚踏机构,其设置于健身器上;可带动脚踏机构转动或由该脚踏机构带动的一马达,其设置于健身器内;未给予马达电压时,使马达处于磁控状态,可踩踏脚踏机构以带动马达产生磁阻,以提供运动功能,当电机磁控装置给予马达一电压时,该马达处于电动状态,可带动脚踏机构转动的一电机磁控装置,其设置于健身器内且与马达连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机磁控健身器,其特征是该电机磁控装置内具其一继电器导通可吸合其一开关以提供马达正向电压,而使马达正向转动,另一继电器导通可吸合另一开关以提供马达反向电压,而使马达反向转动的两继电器及两开关。

4.根据权利要求1所述的电机磁控健身器,其特征是该健身器具有一电子表,该电子表具有一按键组,该按键组包括有开始/停止按键、设定按键、正/反转按键、电机磁控按键及按压该按键可调节流经马达之电枢电流,以控制马达之不同档位运转的调节按键。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电机磁控健身器,其特征是该电子表另具有显示按键组的各项操作状况的一显示器及一控制电路模组,该控制电路模组与按键组电性连接,可配合按键组控制处理讯号并由一导线与电机磁控装置进行讯号传输。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电机磁控健身器,其特征是该健身器具有一底座,该底座连接有一主杆,主杆一端具有一扶手,另一端具有一壳体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电机磁控健身器,其特征是该壳体之顶端连接有一椅体。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电机磁控健身器,其特征是该马达与脚踏机构间连设有一连动装置,其可为一转枢轮。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电机磁控健身器,其特征是该电机磁控装置有一以连接外部之交流电源的插头。
