Description
Claims (20)
- 本体に結合された取付け具を備える装置であって、
前記取付け具が、前記取付け具の周面に形成された溝部を含む係合部と軸線とを有し、
前記本体が、前記取付け具の前記係合部の前記周面の少なくとも一部の周囲に設けられた軸線方向層と、前記軸線方向層の少なくとも一部を前記溝部の一部の中に押し込むように前記溝部の少なくとも一部に対応する場所にある前記軸線方向層の周囲に設けられたフープ層とを含み、
前記溝部は、前記溝部の少なくとも一部が前記取付け具の前記軸線に対して非直交の経路を画定するように構成されて、前記溝部の表面領域の少なくとも一部が、前記取付け具および前記本体の一方に回転力が加えられたときに、前記取付け具と前記本体との間でトルクを伝達するための耐荷重面を画定するようになっており、
前記溝部の少なくとも一部の前記経路が非線形の形態で延びる、装置。 - 前記溝部が、前記取付け具の前記軸線に対して非直交の経路を画定するようにそれぞれ構成された複数の屈曲部を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記溝部が、前記取付け具の前記係合部の前記周面を取り囲む、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記溝部の少なくとも一部が、当該装置に加えられた軸線方向力に対抗するように構成された平坦な側壁を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記溝部に隣接する前記本体の一部を包み込むように、前記取付け具に機械的に結合されるように構成されたカラーをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記溝部が延びる方向に対して直交する断面において、前記溝部の少なくとも一部が湾曲している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 複数の互いに分離した溝部を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記溝部が互いに実質的に同一である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 複数の軸線方向層および複数のフープ層を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フープ層のうちの1つまたは複数が、前記溝部のうちの1つまたは複数の中に配置される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記取付け具が非複合材部分を備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸線方向層が複合材を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸線方向層が3軸線方向編組複合材を含む、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記フープ層が複合材を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 本体に結合された取付け具を備える装置を形成する方法であって、
前記取付け具の周面の中に形成された溝部を含む係合部と軸線とを有する前記取付け具を準備するステップであり、前記溝部は、前記溝部の少なくとも一部が前記取付け具の前記軸線に対して非直交の経路を画定するように構成されている、ステップと、
前記取付け具の前記係合部の前記周面の少なくとも一部の周囲に軸線方向層を設ける工程、および
前記軸線方向層の少なくとも一部を前記溝部の一部の中に押し込むように、前記溝部の少なくとも一部に対応する場所にある前記軸線方向層の周囲にフープ層を設けて、前記溝部の表面領域の少なくとも一部が、前記取付け具および本体の一方に回転力が加えられたときに、前記取付け具と前記本体との間でトルクを伝達するための耐荷重面を形成するようにする工程
によって前記本体を形成するステップと、
を備え、
前記溝部の少なくとも一部の前記経路が非線形の形態で延びている、方法。 - 前記本体が実質的に円筒形の形態になるまで、交互する軸線方向層とフープ層をそれぞれ設けるさらなるステップを備える、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記周面の少なくとも一部の周囲にもう1つの軸線方向層を設けるステップを備える、請求項15または16に記載の方法。
- 軸線方向層を設ける1つまたは複数の前記ステップが、前記軸線方向層を編組する工程を含む、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フープ層を設ける1つまたは複数の前記ステップが、前記フープ層をフィラメントワインディングする工程を含む、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記設けられた軸線方向層およびフープ層に樹脂を注入するステップを備える、請求項15〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
