Claims (2)
- 植物性繊維と熱可塑性樹脂を含む材料からなる板状体をその表裏側から挟持して保持する保持装置によって吊り下げた状態で搬送しながら基材に成形する基材成形装置であって、
前記板状体を加熱する加熱装置と、
前記加熱装置内において、前記保持装置を前記板状体の表裏側から支持した状態で該板状体の板面に沿った方向に搬送する搬送機構と、を備え、
前記保持装置は、前記板状体の表裏側にそれぞれ滑車を備え、
前記搬送機構は、前記加熱装置内において、前記板状体の表裏側に前記板状体の板面に沿った方向に設けられた搬入レールをそれぞれ備え、
前記保持装置は、前記加熱装置内において、前記滑車が前記搬入レール上を移動することで搬送されることを特徴とする基材成形装置。 - 前記板状体の表裏側にそれぞれ設けられた前記搬入レールのうち、一方がメイン搬入レールとされ、他方がサブ搬入レールとされ、
前記サブ搬入レールは、所定の間隔で分割された複数の切り欠き部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の基材成形装置。
