Claims (3)
- 電動機または発電機として動作するモータと、
直流電圧を貯蔵し、モータ駆動電源を供給するバッテリーと、
前記モータとバッテリーとの間に配置されるインバータと、
プラグイン接続して電気エネルギーを供給する外部交流電源と、
前記インバータと、前記インバータとモータとを連結するパワーケーブルにプラグイン接続される前記外部交流電源との間に配置される単相インダクタと、
前記パワーケーブルと前記単相インダクタとを連結するジャンクションのうちのいずれか一つのジャンクションと、前記モータとの間に電気的連結および分離を行なうスイッチと、
前記外部交流電源が接続されないパワーケーブルに連結されて前記モータに供給される電流量を検出する電流センサーと、
プラグインで外部交流電源接続時に前記インダクタと前記モータとの間の電気的連結が分離されるように前記スイッチを制御し、前記インダクタと連結されないケーブルに電流が流れないようにインバータを制御する制御器と、を含み、
前記制御器は、プラグインで単相の外部交流電源が接続されると、外部交流電源が接続されないパワーケーブルの電流を前記電流センサーで検出し、PI(比例積分)制御器を通じてモータに供給される当該電流が「ゼロ」となるように前記インバータを制御することを特徴とするプラグインハイブリッド自動車の充電装置。 - 前記制御器は、
外部交流電源が連結されないパワーケーブルに対する電流指令と当該パワーケーブルに連結される電流センサーで検出される電流値とを比較して電流誤差を抽出する演算器と、
前記演算器で印加される電流誤差に応じて「ゼロ」電流維持補償値を抽出する比例積分器と、
前記比例積分器の補償値でインバータの当該アームを制御し、外部交流電源が接続されないパワーケーブルの電流を「ゼロ」に維持し、インバータの他のパワーケーブルに連結されたアームを制御し、外部交流電源を直流電圧に変換させてバッテリー充電を行なわせるインバータ制御器と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグインハイブリッド自動車の充電装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載されたプラグインハイブリッド自動車の充電装置によって実行されるプラグインハイブリッド自動車の充電方法であって、
バッテリー充電のための単相の外部交流電源がプラグイン接続されるかを判断する過程と、
プラグイン接続が判断されると、外部交流電源とモータとが連結される二つのパワーケーブルのうちのいずれか一つのパワーケーブルを開放させて外部交流電源とモータとの間の電気的連結を分離する過程と、
前記外部交流電源が連結されないパワーケーブルでモータに流れる電流を検出した後、比例積分制御で補償値を抽出し、補償値に応じてインバータのスイッチングを制御し、外部交流電源が連結されるパワーケーブルでモータに流れる電流を「ゼロ」に維持してモータが駆動しないようにする過程と、
外部交流電源と連結されたパワーケーブルのインターバースイッチングを制御して外部交流電源でバッテリー充電を行なう過程と、を含むことを特徴とするプラグインハイブリッド自動車の充電方法。
