Description
Claims (15)
- ステント付き心臓弁用搬送装置であって、
ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルから延びる内側カテーテルシャフトであって、該内側カテーテルシャフトの遠位端に設けられ拡張した緩衝要素で終了し、該緩衝要素が前記ステント付き心臓弁と接触するように構成されている、内側カテーテルシャフトと、
前記ハンドルから延び前記内側カテーテルシャフトの周囲に摺動自在に連結されている外側カテーテルシャフトであって、その中に前記緩衝要素を受ける構造になっている略円筒形のハウジングを遠位端に有している外側カテーテルシャフトと、
前記内側カテーテルシャフトに対する前記外側カテーテルシャフトの長手方向の動きを制御する引き込み機構と、を備えている、
ことを特徴とする搬送装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記緩衝要素を摺動自在に受けることのできる大きさのハウジング管腔を画定している、
請求項1に記載の搬送装置。 - 前記緩衝要素の外径は、前記ハウジング管腔の直径より小さく、前記ハウジングに近接する前記外側カテーテルシャフトによって画定される管腔の直径より大きい、
請求項2に記載の搬送装置。 - 前記ハウジング管腔は、クリンプされたステント付き心臓弁を受ける構成になっている、
請求項2または3に記載の搬送装置。 - 前記引き込み機構は、前記ハンドルによって回転可能に維持され前記外側カテーテルシャフトに接続された制御ノブを含み、更に、前記引き込み機構は、前記制御ノブの回転が、前記外側カテーテルシャフトを前記内側カテーテルシャフトに対して長手方向に動かすように構成されている、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の搬送装置。 - 前記引き込み機構は、前記外側カテーテルシャフトに取り付けられ前記制御ノブに螺合的に接続されるねじ付きスリーブを更に含んでいる、
請求項5に記載の搬送装置。 - 生得の心臓弁を置換するためのシステムであって、
弁構造を維持するステントを含むステント付き心臓弁と、
請求項1に記載の搬送装置と、を備えている、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記外側カテーテルシャフトは、伸張位置と引き込み位置との間で前記内側カテーテルシャフトに対して並進可能であり、前記ハウジングの遠位端は、前記伸張位置で前記緩衝要素の遠位側であり、更に、前記装着状態は、前記伸張位置にある前記外側カテーテルシャフトを含んでいる、
請求項7に記載のシステム。 - 前記装着状態で、前記ステント付き心臓弁の第1の端部が前記緩衝要素と接している、
請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記装着状態で、前記ステント付き心臓弁の反対側の第2の端部が前記ハウジングの遠位端部に隣接して配置される、
請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 前記伸張位置では、ハウジング管腔は、前記ハウジングによって画定され、前記ハウジング管腔は、前記緩衝要素から前記ハウジングの遠位端部まで長手方向の長さを有し、更に、前記ハウジング管腔の前記長手方向の長さは、ステント付き心臓弁の長手方向の長さと実質的に同等である、
請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記緩衝要素を摺動自在に受けることができる大きさのハウジング管腔を画定している、
請求項7ないし11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記緩衝要素の外径は、前記ハウジング管腔の直径より小さく、前記ハウジングの近位側の前記外側カテーテルシャフトによって画定される管腔の直径より大きい、
請求項12に記載のシステム。 - 前記引き込み機構は、前記ハンドルによって回転自在に維持され前記外側カテーテルシャフトに接続される制御ノブを含み、更に、前記引き込み機構は、前記制御ノブの回転が、前記外側カテーテルシャフトを前記内側カテーテルシャフトに対して長手方向に動かすように構成されている、
請求項7に記載のシステム。 - 前記引き込み機構は、前記外側カテーテルシャフトに取り付けられ前記制御ノブに螺合されるねじ付きスリーブを更に含んでいる、
