Description
Claims (9)
- バルブ筺体内に固定されたシール部材であって、前記シール部材がバルブ閉止部材に封止しながら係合するようにされた周壁を有するシール部材と、
チャンネルを画定する前記周壁を貫く開口部であって、前記チャンネルが前記シール部材の前記開口部を通して前記バルブ閉止部材に潤滑流体を供給するように構成された開口部と、
前記開口部を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むダムであって、前記ダムが前記周壁の表面から角度を付けて遠ざかる下部部分を有するダムと、
を含むバルブシール部材。 - 各々同軸の貫通通路を有する第1および第2の対向する筺体部材であって、前記筺体部材の各々は前記筺体部材が互いに結合されたときに横断ゲートチャンバを画定する筺体部材と、
前記横断ゲートチャンバ内に配設され、その中をゲートが通路を通る流体の流れを閉止しない開放位置から、ゲートが通路の間に挿入される閉止位置へ滑動可能であるゲートと、
前記第1筺体部材内に配設された第1の環状一次シールスリーブと、
前記第2筺体部材内に配設された第2の環状一次シールスリーブであって、前記第1および第2環状一次シールスリーブがバルブの開放位置では圧縮下で互いに封止しながら係合するようにされ、バルブが閉止されたときにはゲートと係合するようにされた一次シールスリーブと、
前記ゲートチャンバに位置合わせされ、第1および第2環状一次シールスリーブ上で前記筺体部材の間に固定された二次シール部材であって、前記二次シール部材はゲートと封止しながら係合するようにされた周壁をさらに有し、前記二次シール部材がその中を通って延びる開口部を有する二次シール部材と、
前記第1および第2の筺体部材の少なくとも1つを通って配設され、前記二次シール部材の前記開口部に位置合わせされた入口チャンネルであって、前記入口チャンネルが前記二次シール部材の前記開口部を通って潤滑流体を前記ゲートに供給するように構成されたチャンネルと、
前記開口部への開口を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むダムであって、前記ダムが前記周壁から外側へ延び前記第1または第2筺体の少なくとも1つと前記二次シール部材との間に配設され、前記ダムが前記周壁から角度を付けて遠ざかる下部部分を有するダムと、を含むゲートバルブ。 - 前記一次スリーブユニットの各々が軸方向に変形可能な弾性材料の環状体の形である請求項2に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 前記二次シール部材が、前記ゲートがその中を通過する内部通路を有する弾性材料の一体の変形可能な本体の形である請求項2に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 前記二次シール部材の前記内部周辺縁部が交互する隆起および溝を有し、前記隆起が封止しながらゲートに係合し、前記溝の少なくとも1つが前記二次シール部材の前記開口部に位置合わせされて前記潤滑流体を受け取る請求項2に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 第1開口と、第2開口と、前記第1および第2開口に接続する軸方向に位置合わせされた孔を有する管継手をさらに含み、前記管継手が前記入口チャンネル内に少なくとも部分的に配設され、前記管継手が前記第1開口で潤滑流体を受け取るように構成され、前記孔を通して前記潤滑流体を前記第2開口および前記入口チャンネルに供給する請求項2に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 前記二次シール部材の前記開口部が第1の開口部であり、前記二次シール部材が前記二次シール部材を通って延びる第2開口部を有する請求項2に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 前記入口チャンネルが第1入口チャンネルであり、前記バルブが前記第1または第2筺体部材の少なくとも1つを通って配設され、前記二次シール部材の前記第2開口部に位置合わせされた第2入口チャンネルをさらに含み、前記第2入口チャンネルが、前記第2シール部材の前記第2開口部を通して潤滑流体を前記ゲートに提供するように構成される請求項7に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 隆起が封止しながらゲートに係合し、溝の少なくとも1つが前記二次シール部材の前記第2開口部に位置合わせされて前記潤滑流体を受け取るように、前記二次シール部材の前記内部周辺縁部が、交互する前記隆起と前記溝を有する請求項7に記載のゲートバルブ。
